This type of shooting facilities should also be made available here. Arms license process should be made easy. And gentleman citizen should be allowed to keep arms.

The arms licensing process have been deliberately made tough and tiring.

Its compulsary to keep weapon in switzerland and sweden, but due to good laws mis use is near zero.
Also making weapons make us good in innovation and technology so that we need not import basic rifles for army.

If good citizens are allowed to keep gun police attrocities will decrease. Police and govt officers will talk politely to citizens just like they do in USA.

Getting an arms license is a tough nut to crack. How will they get one and practice. Only a limited license are given every year per district. Arms license must be made easy. And keeping guns should be made compulsary.
