SCS really needs to make it so when you click on an item to customize, let's say the beacons, it hides all the other dots for other parts until you click off the beacons. Hard to get a good sense of the part your trying to do when you got million dots everywhere.
Jeff, I truly believe this is hands down the best American Truck Simulator video that you have ever done. There have of course been much more exciting or funny episodes but thoroughly explaining almost everything you were doing, saying, and experiencing as the episode progressed, definitely made it both enjoyable for us long time viewers and also very informative to bring any newer or first time viewers up to speed on how you go about producing and running an episode of this series. I know it won't stop the reoccurring questions like, "how do you look around like that" but the natural flow of explanation of the reoccurring questions about mods and trackir and such, implemented into this episode made it very easy to digest with the regular cadance of all the other dialogue. Very well done. Excellent mod showcase as well. My favorite episode to date.

Gonna be honest here. That pretrip you did was more thorough than what I see most other drivers do. I've seen drivers get up, start their truck, go to the truck stop, then leave.
If you look at the road texture where that invisible wall was, you can see it as if it's marked and there's no double yellows which is odd. Gotta be a bug. Btw, don't worry Jeff. You've definitely done this truck justice. I'm absolutely blown away with the customization and it's features. Modders like this should be automatically offered a job at SCS.

If you trying to ask Jeff, he uses the TS-PC racer with the Thrustmaster wheel base and in what he using in the video is custom wheel. He also has the TH8A Shifter with a custom knob from Southern Trucker Gamimg. Most of his stuff that he uses is in the description.
This is by far the best mod I have seen for ANY game, to date. I will definitely be picking this up very soon, and to all the people who are complaining about the price, if you don't like it don't buy it. I basically talk with Brandon all the time, I saw quite a bit of him working on the truck in Blender along with saying you would be doing a video on it, and also he kinda stopped on it after 1.40, since it did break some lighting, but it looks amazing now. Great video as always Jeff, keep it up!
Jeff makes it look so easy to drive a semi truck. I get nervous when he gets close to vehicles and other objects. Even though it's just a simulator, I have full respect for those that actually drive large trucks.

It is a beautiful looking truck, I have no doubt it could be the best. I do not know the work that goes into this but $70 in my opinion is too much, at least for me. I have payed for John Ruda's. Modders like this guy and Ruda are really amazing though, I can say that.
$70 for a stolen truck that was originally made but a Russian modder in which this truck was stolen by Brandon and then he turns around steals parts and sells it as his own and Brandon couldn’t even bother to take everyone out of the credits.

I love across from a trucking yard up in thumb of Michigan and we just had a 379 48in flattop up for sale best few days going past it every morning and night.

Yeah, that's what Brandon was trying to get at with it. His more favorite Peterbilt's are the older 60s or 70s, which I will admit, they are pretty sick.
I was backing my grandpa's dump truck up to a lowboy trailer the other day... That was a PAIN in the butt. There was almost no room to move the truck around and the trailer was at a weird angle. Also it's a bumper-pull/Pentel hitch. AND I had to do it blindsided. 😂. I don't even have a CDL or any experience with Commercial Vehicles. (don't worry I didn't go on the road). I eventually got it though. Lol. I got out a lot to see if I what was happening behind me. 😂
That's DEFINITELY a badass mod and worth the askjng price. The developer REALLY put in work and makes ME want to get into the developing game! But... I think the developers should try to stay true to the authenticity as to the performance of the real trucks with these engines since 600 hp (605 with the Cummins) is the max you can spec.; the exception being the Volvo FH16 which can be spec'd. with a powertrain that can put out 750 hp. Not a big deal but, if you know these things, you know these things.
Thanks for doing some ATS. I am still holding off on buying a truck, I have over 500K miles on my KW W900. I keep looking at that map, but I am not doing enough miles in ATS myself to make it worth the money right now. Wyoming should be out pretty soon anyways.

I’m sure the audio quality is not even doing Justice to the quality of this mod from youtube. Like I always say. People always want something for nothing. I think about how much work went into the product and the product itself. If it’s awesome and I get a lot of enjoyment. No regrets purchasing.

Place the truck you want to customize with higher priority than the others. The dots will line up properly.
