I've had good luck with Joedir. Some of them take a lil work, but you can tell which ones those are.

How can a person tell synthetic vs human?
There’s a few ways. Although a lot of synthetic hair can handle heat at high temps now without melting, you can most often tell the difference by the way that synthetic hair feels-it will have a bit of a “waxy” feel for lack of better term. It may also have a higher luster, since the fibers usually have plastic, and it will straighten but not hold a curl. You also can’t dye synthetic hair or bleach it. Hope this helped!
Yes most synthetic units look too shiny, they tangle bad, the hair looks more like fiber, the knots are usually larger, and the ends after a few wears start to look bushy.
Synthetic hair will hold a curl! Look into drag hair styling videos. U use rollers and a steamer to set curls
But now you can dye synthetic hair 😌
