- shoutout to channieee for the video idea! all of you guys mean so much to me. i really appreciate the support. i'm literally uploading this video early because i just can't wait to talk to you guys.
let me know your thoughts. this was definitely something shocking and unsurprising to hear about. i always knew company decisions were very strategically made, but this drama between min hee jin (ADOR) and HYBE is absolutely insane. it makes you wonder what goes on behind these big companies like YG and SM and JYP. i wonder if jennie from blackpink and lisa from blackpink created their own labels to change the kpop industry.
anyway, let me know what your thoughts are, but always remember to respect le sserafim, illit, and newjeans. they are all just passionate musicians and artists trying to achieve their dreams. no hate to these girl groups. i love them all. every group is full of beautiful and talented and hardworking women. i support.

Hello! Going to add some respectful clarifications:
3:03 HYBE was planning to debut New Jeans first, however MHJ wanted to make her own company, ADOR. HYBE gave that to her, but getting all the staff, legal stuff, registration etc organised and approved takes a while. At the end of the day as a large company (whose priorty is making enough money to continue paying staff and releasing music and entertainment), HYBE had organised a period of time where income would be generated by a new group. Unfortunately due to making ADOR, HYBE couldn't debut NJS and decided to go ahead with LS first. I understand MHJ feeling upset about this, however I also think she wanted her cake (Having New Jeans and her own label ADOR) and eat it too (debuting a group under her own company that is not even yet organised enough to debut yet, and wanting to delay another company's project and income, already organised and ready to go, for her own vanity).
3:19 two points about this section. My first point: The debut celebrations and venue are organised by their labels, not by HYBE. This is true for all HYBE groups, including Enhypen, ILLIT, TXT, TWS, Boy Next Door, etc. So Source music organised those debut congratulations with the balloons for LS, while ADOR didn't. Source music also had more funding since they were an established label for many years, and could afford a better venue. ADOR, since they were new, had to budget more, despite HYBE actually giving ADOR money to start New Jeans. The organisation of celebrations is more on the ADOR staff, not the HYBE staff. My second point: MHJ alleges only NJS debuted with little decorations, sitting on the floor to watch MVs, etc. You can literally look back at other HYBE groups to see this is wrong. For example, TXT watched their MV on the floor the same way NJs did. ILLIT, who JUST debuted, also sits on the floor with the laptop on a tiny stand and no decorations for their debut MV reaction. A LOT of groups do this, to kind of give the group an almost underdog type of feel, especially when the group 'makes it' and fans can reflect to say 'look how far they've come'. I find it ingenuous for MHJ to blame HYBE for them not having decorations and not 'caring', when if she cared that much, she could've done something about it.
6:20 NJS is not getting mistreated. MHJ clearly seems to care about them. I think their distress at the current situation (such as crying on the phone to MHJ bc they are worried about her) isn't mistreatment, it's a reaction to the struggle of the current situation, and probably panic in thinking that without MHJ, they're nothing. I really feel for the girls. I'm glad their new song seems to be doing well, and the HYBE has offered councilling and other support to the girls in this period. I wouldn't say that that is mistreatment. The other points that can be said to be mistreatment, such as the lack of decorations, is due to ADOR, as I've mentioned above.
OTHERIWSE, I also love NJS. I love a lot of HYBE groups, and it makes me sad to see them all suffering because of MHJ, BSH and HYBE's greed and arrogance. They're the ones suffering at the hands of the company and company directives who always feel the need to get the last word in. Obviously there's a lot more to this topic, including all the rampent mistranslations around and the actual accusations against MHJ which she's half-heartedly dismissed as 'joke comments' and instead decided to insite fanwars in her new press to distract fans from the actual issues at hand (such as her allegedly trying to find ways to split ADOR from HYBE through ilegal activities or loopholes to her contract). Which clearly has worked, because we're all sitting her talking about alleged mistreatment, unfairness in HYBE, Aespa, and not what MHJ actually needs to answer to

Stumbled on your channel. You really appear to appreciate music! That is wonderful. Wish you luck on the success of your channel. I think fans can support multiple artists or just one. Their choice. I don’t like it when some people try to bash another artist. That is sad. When it comes to awards, some people really get ugly if their fav is losing to another artist. There are other issues too. On a different note, Min Hee Jin had control over how New Jeans was debuting. She made the decisions. If New Jeans bunnies didn’t like the role out, that concern should be placed at Min Hee Jin’s door. As for New Jeans being treated poorly, I would disagree. New Jeans started getting paid shortly after debut. A lot of groups don’t. New Jeans was given millions each after their first year and a very high end apartment. There are still groups in Hybe living in dorms. Enhypen comes to mind. Now, I think New Jeans should get rewarded for their success. However, to say they are mistreated is an overstatement. New Jeans is also on a higher floor in Hybe than BTS. That raises eyebrows. New Jeans has a great concept, but Min Hee Jin didn’t invent that concept. To bash Illit as copy cats is wrong. I absolutely agree with you when you were talking about how Min Hee Jin didn't invent that concept. It's been done before in past girl groups so I find it mindboggling that a woman who's worked in this industry this long somehow never encountered issues like this before and thinks it's okay for her to rehash those concepts but forbid other girl groups under HYBE to use those concepts as well? If the concept is trending, it should be obvious that other groups will follow that trend to gain more fans. It's a part of the business that she should have more than enough experience with.
This reminds of the issues BTS went through when they were accused of plagiarizing EXO in regards to the school boy concept and their poses in photoshoots/photo cards. And other accusations about them copying Big Bang's hair colors too. Stuff is always going to be rehashed at some point in the kpop world. I would have thought Min Hee Jin would have taken all of this in stride because of how long she's been in the industry but I guess not.

Also most girls probably that are in debut ages are going to debut at this point are probably going to be in that age range... all the 3rd/ 4th gen artists aka veterans, like TXT and SVT have members already born in 1999. so i don't think it's also not going to be uncommon that girls are going to be this age. IT's actually against the grain for LSF because they've already had two members already debut in other bands with sakura being 24, in US persepctives thats' young but for idols it's rare to find that success. and to re-debut. Even their maknae though is around illit / njs age range. so why be mad at illit. ?!?! Conceptually LSF and NJS are competely different. with LSF going woman empowerment root, also making sense because of their unique situation, and NJS was going with young, cute, but slightly sassy thing. WHo cares who goes first?!?! As far as endorsements etc though, bunnies, powerpuff girls etc were going strong with NJS endorsing probably way more than LSF.... I would say more than a lot of other groups and/or hybe groups as well. so where she and they got mistreated... ?!!? also as someone mentioned they're gettting paid per agreements
Also MJH already had expereince working with a company and you were asked to do similar things for this company as creative branding and in turn you have your onw label but you're under the hybe umbrella, you don't like dont sign it. ... It's not like she's a meek young thing who doesn't know the business and she can mostly definitely afford a lawyer.... I can see if both her or her group was being put in a sub level basement somewhere deep in hybe) but that isn't the case,.. money, partnerships, brand deals, top floor of the building... incomes... based on what was agreed upon.....hybe saying hey don't try to be conniving and lie to shareholders isn't unfair

Wow, you love Stockholm so much.... You might be suffering from Stockholm Syndrome! LOL just kidding. I agree, that NewJeans is the real victim here. And I just hope that this situation will find a fair resolution. I really hope that HYBE offers a buyout to MHJ and she accepts the deal and walk away to find her own agency independent of HYBE. Heck, go to Attrakt, I know they are looking for intelligent Kpop Producers, if she were able to convince NewJeans to come with her than even better. But yes ever since Fifty-Fifty broke up, Attrakt needs talented Producers to manage their talent.
Who would be so idiotic as to hire such an unreliable snake who makes plans to bankrupt her employer? MHJ will be fired and without a dollar, after which she will go to jail for insider trading. And if NJ terminate the contract they will have to pay a penalty that no smaller agency could afford. The girls also have no interest in leaving Hybe and Hybe money for a smaller label.
