I found them by popular songs, and eventually, got deeper and deeper. I'm so happy I found them, and if it weren't for me finding them, I wouldn't want to get out of bed everyday. I wouldn't enjoy my day. I wouldn't have anyway to get my emotions out. I was depressed, had anxiety, and was getting bullied. No body liked me, at all.
Now, I have two amazing friends, am no longer bullied, and am less depressed and anxious. I may get a few comments here and there about being different, but I've learnt to get over it.
To anyone who's reading this, stay alive. it's always going to get better. never give up due to the rough patches. it will get better. stay alive |-/

I listened to ride and stressed out and i liked them but now that i listened to vessel and tegional at best i feel like i've known them from the start. I am just now getting into the self titled album and fren let me tell you, this is probably one of my favourite albums ever so far(beside vessel, i love vesseel)

I don't believe in the terms *old fans* and *new fans* because it creates a sense of divide in the Clique. I don't understand why "old fans" feel that they have to act like "Oh, we where here first, and nobody else should be allowed to listen to this band, because they won't understand the lyrics." Now, I will admit that I first heard about Twenty One Pilots through Car Radio, so I'm not one of their first few fans. But over time, I began to listen to Vessel, then Blurryface, then Regional At Best, and finally the self-titled album Twenty One Pilots. I learned that their songs had a deep meaning and I began to understand that Twenty One Pilots wasn't just another pop music band, but they were actually a very great band that tries to help their fans through their music. And they did; they helped me out, and they probably helped you out too. But that probably never would have happened if someone came up to me and said, "Hey you, you know the band Twenty One Pilots. Yeah, don't listen to them." So by saying that the "new fans" don't understand the lyrics and that they shouldn't listen to Twenty One Pilots because it'll just be overplayed, you're not giving them a chance to actually discover the true meaning of the songs.
