Rampage also talks about the danger his next opponent faces since he worked so hard for this fight and got himself in the best shape of his life. Greg Jackson knew EXACTLY how to train Jones, breaking Rampages mentality and those little things that made him doubt himself. Rampages trained hard yes, but his mental training wasn't up to par, which is what handed him the loss.

Most of the time when I lose a fight I dont watch the fights.... I'm not a fighter so maybe it's fighter dependent but I would think watching film of your opponents and of yourself would be optimal for any fighter ESP in losses where naturally you have more mistakes to learn from to fix and adjusting accordingly----- any thoughts would be appreciated
