It's good that MeTV Toons aired the pilot episode of season 1 of Inspector Gadget aired. It was great to see our dim-witted hero again after a 1 long decade, first aired syndicated (meaning on off-network local channels of independent stations, along with Fox, and the big network affiliates (NBC, ABC and CBS)), and rerun in later years on local syndie stations (until 1994), cable channels like Nickelodeon, the Family Channel, (various educational PSAs "safety tips" was aired as an interstitial show on Pax Kids in the late 90s), Fox Family/ABC Family, This TV, Starz Encore Family, Light TV, and Qubo, and networks like CBS (with a brief time on their CBS Kid TV Saturday Morning block during that comeback for 1 season in the early 90s).
