my question is i am trying to send out a promo and ive had customer hit the agreement button to receive the message but when i go to the app it detects 0 customers...is there a way to go about and fix that? im not sure why it is saying we have none

This doesn't work, because I have over 100 clients in my system and the text options is greyed out because it says my clients have provided their client information, when infact I have all their information.
