Dr. Malte Stübinger is General Counsel Germany at Deminor, heading the company’s Hamburg office. He focuses on the German market in the funding of individual Litigation and Arbitration cases, also working on international collective cases in the areas of Securities Law and Antitrust Damages. Prior to joining Deminor in 2021, Malte was a Litigation Associate with Latham & Watkins and advised clients in a broad range of commercial litigation cases, handling numerous individual mass claims, and worked on antitrust damages and securities liability cases.
