My friends would turn on hip-hop and rnb and just dance through out the house and at clubs. Mainly just free flow, whatever dance .move came in my mind. I think people can do well with the right training, but some of the skills these people show off can only be acquired with with self dedication and mad passion for athletics and music. It takes a lot do this stuff, especially for the amount of time people can do so. Intense cardio.
