    Set 1: Torsion Bridge x5 each side
    Torsion Thruster x5 each side
    Set 2: Leg Switch-Down x5 each side
    Cross Clean & Press x5 each side
    Set 3: Leg Switch-Front x5 each side
    Single-Leg Snatch x5 each side
    Set 4: Hindu Push-up x10

      Also, but in my case my experience in Army is of 22 years as Officer and I was the physical coach of special forces. So It’s not just about wearing camo pants!
