How to Process Customer Refunds inside of Odoo 16+

In this tutorial video, we will guide you through the seamless process of managing refunds using Odoo 16. When a customer makes a payment for an order through one of your configured payment providers, Odoo automatically generates a payment record. Unlike previous versions of Odoo where refunds had to be handled externally, you can now conveniently process both partial and full refunds directly within the Odoo system.

Great Video. Min 6:10...should be able to refund directly from payment window when selected from invoice, insetad of having to go to Customers/ Payments / Refund
