vegan pancake recipe 🥞
1 and 1/2 cups of flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (use more sugar if you want them sweeter)
1 cup of milk (i used oat milk)
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons vegan butter
mix dry ingredients first, add the liquids, mix again but don't over mix, it's okay if the batter has some lumps. p.s. using a crêpes/pancakes pan is very helpful for the cooking process 🤍

Alpro makes a coconut and almond milk (like a combo of the two), maybe that would be better for your coffee. :)

I have to say, and this is in no way a criticism, why do you annotate fiction books? I do that to my non-fiction ones, but want to know why you guys do this. I watch several book-tuber people and just want to know!

i just like to do it, simple as that. i like to go back and be able to see what i highlighted/underlined and find my favorite quotes and scenes 🥰 you're not missing anything, it's really not a secret club or anything haha if you don't do it it's just as fine 🤍
