I petition that Farfa gets to add Serket to his Collection to pair with his Royal Rare Temple of the Kings because it is a specific and exclusive name for that card, unlike a generic Archtype card like Pre-Prep.
Now what Doug doesn’t know is that the swordsoul pack is way better than the PUNK pack
Swordsoul is more based anyway

@@patrappadaclappa more synergy between the 2 archetypes in the swordsoul pack, lower rarity, and the punks dont work very well if you dont pull all of them
I love how Farfa was complaining when he pulled Chaofeng and then it carried him game 2
Chaofeng is heavily underused card in any deck that has ability to summon it. It can just win you games on the spot, epsecially if its not BO1 format
If Swordsoul ever gets easier way to modulate 7 and 2 may God help us all since they could essentially blank both dark and light summons depending on what they need, with Yazi and Baxia (they can do that now but not that easily and you can stop it)
@@nbassasin8092 i already use it in Tenyi Swordsoul in Master duel, Adhara+Baxia makes it and locks out light decks, its niche but it comes up every now and again

It's so hard being on Zeef's side sometimes, but I'll cope in knowing that if he didn't give Farfa the Swordsoul pack he would've won...
Its kinda insane how they both got the new packs
Game 1 filled me with excitement only to destroy it with mandatory battle.
Because Farfa could not use Temple of Kings and Magical Beast of Serket in Game 1, that victory felt really hollow... He may have won the game, but he lost the war.
The play around 39:00 was legitimately some cool tech for a hypothetical SwoSo/Yang Zing mill pile strat

Oh and for the extra you can cut a burei, bureido and bureibu are important at 3 and you also have to play the honorary karakuri monster naturia beast
Oh good glad to see we added the new secret packs to the wheel. Now that Konami is finally adding new secret packs I wonder if they'll be able to add new support to the existing archetype packs eventually.
Well 1, they have added a new secret pack before, it was the albaz pack.
2, they have added new support to old secret packs as well. That is how circular was added to the game and how they added the new sky striker support. I wish they would do it more often but I also think it's completely fine.
They could easily add some more packs but frankly I think Konami is terrified of Floo being in a pack. They could make it with Floo and the adventure cards and name the pack Advent of Adventure but I have no clue what they’d call it in Japanese. “Brave Journey?”
They also added cards to the sky striker pack. Frankly, Konami goofed by making Master Duel its own thing. They wanted it to help bring in new players but in the TCG the format is absolutely unrecognizable due to the fact that our format doesn’t revolve around Maxx C, and in the OCG they’re like almost two years behind in releases and would you believe it? The MD format doesn’t translate to their format.
@@Block360mc they did that because a) circular was just 1 card and b) SkyS is their baby so they wanted to push it as much as they could for that timeframe
not saying thats a bad thing, I respect SkyS players, but Im saying its not very stable proof that they will do it again because of previously mentioned reasons why it might be only a 1 time occurence

it's nice of konami to give karakuri and yang zing each another secret pack, but they should really consider giving secret packs to p.u.n.k. and swordsoul
the funny part is that PEP would've won Dzeefs games, but like I know he doesn't wanna go necessarily for the win with PEP and more like karakuri. We know that pep deffo doesn't have removal and unaffected and reduces LP for attack booostooo, and would've just been a towers vs Farfa as long as there are bodies on the field and waited like 2-3 turns to just hit a solid 8k damage over time. BUT WE ALL KNOW ITS FUN AND GAMES AND HE KNOWS PEOPLE ARE GONNA TYPE. but the pep play would've been so juicy though. We'll wait until next season of roulette where its gonna be exosisters and zeus in a pack and he purposely isn't gonna go into zeus.

Fluffal vs Katakuri/Punk wouldve been more fair, fluffals most of the main deck and toy vendor are all low rarity.
He just needed to draw all the good fusions.

Wow, who would have guessed that sword soul would sweep? Tbh good episode but god the power difference was noticeable this episode. Imagine if swordsoul was against a low power deck
Doug got f-ed by main deck pulls, if he had better ratios of 1 or 2 he could have taken it. SS secret pack is a bit unfair in sealed because all of the crads work well together unlike PUNK where Karakuris and PUNKS dont mesh on pure type/attribute basis but rather on the fact they are bot Synchro reliant engines
while SS and Yang zings are almost like 1 archetype that has 2 lines of cards, 1 reliant on banishing and other on floating

Block Dragon without float targets is just a slower but cheaper Fairy Tail - Snow. Which is still enough to be annoying.
I still cant comprehend how some people actually got mad when it was limited. I dont think it needs to be banned, but slow cheap fairy tail snow for rock decks that cant book but can give you some huge reccursion is a beyond strong card, should absolutely stay at 1

I will say, before I finish watching, PEP is one of my favorite boss monsters. Its not impossible to out, but it is just a gigantic asshole and great for OTK with the punk engine paying life points for effects. Just need the field spell to really go off. I play it with Therion and best Turn 1 end board of PEP, Baronne, King Regulus with 1 other on field, plus the Therion Field Spell, and a searched PUNK Gabu, plus hand traps and set imperms isnt bad.
What is your list? Would like to make my pure punk deck better once i have more gems (i already have 1 regulus but that's it)
Well I'd probably use a separate deck slot so i have pure punk and punk therion
PEP is very based, I just wish they made artwork a bit more clear, the animation on MD shows you better how he looks than the card itself because of the coolor grading

I will softly criticize Mr. Dzeeff's strategy for not having crafted a Ze Amin to unlock the secret pack. You want 3 of those bad boys, seems better than crafting a one of, plus you need to be able to reliably go into your synchros to get any use out of them. Hindsight is obviously 20/20 though.
Crush Card's editing has infected my mind. Every time they cheat I immediately think of the Sonic meme from last week

they could have went with Ghoti so you have 2 synchro based strats that arent in any other secret pack, but that would require koMONEY to not want every possible ounce of profit they could squeeze out of even the non meta decks
Edit: or Therions would also be a cute choice but same problem

@@blaze048 yes. He using not optimal combo bcs he has very limited card. Swoswo usually played with tenyi which the playstyle is very different
