For example if you made a mistake that many designers make then it is more likely that we will include your logo. Also make sure that the relevant option is selected in your LogoGround account settings. It's the last check box on your account settings page.

No, if it is offered as an exclusive logo on LogoGround it cannot also be offered as stock somewhere else.
