    Great tool for speeding up the process. Only problem is I'm unable to include refunds or credits, There is no column for that nor can you add the transaction as a negative.

    Hi! is there a way to set this up monthly so that way a P&L is generated on a monthly and the AI tool can still be used?

    Outstanding... thanks for sharing... trying to take all transactions from different credit card providers and bank accounts to normalize into a giant list to split these transactions between 3 different businesses and personal expenses. This should be a great time saver, great find on the extension!🎤💧

    hello, I'm going to be off topic, but my question still concerns Google sheet and artificial intelligence,
    could you advise me a method so that chatgpt describes to me the images that I put in my Google sheet?
    anyway thank you very much for your videos

    Great spreadsheet ... Transaction 6 and 8 though are both Meals and entertainment. What happens if one is deleted ... or should I just use one consistently?

      Hi Anne - sorry I don't fully understand your question.
      It's always good to be consistent with categorizing transactions.
      If you follow up here to clarify, I can hopefully help further!

    If you operate in BC canada do you need to also track the PST paid for your expenses or just the GST ?

    • @AvalonAccounting
      @AvalonAccounting  Před rokem +1

      Hi there - the short answer is that PST paid on expenses just ends up as part of the expense instead of breaking it out like you do with GST.
      For example, if you buy a stapler for $20 plus GST and PST, you would record:
      $20.00 (cost of staples) as an office expense
      $1.40 (the PST) as an office expense (it just becomes part of the stapler cost)
      $1.00 (the GST) gets recorded as GST payable to be claimed on a GST return (assuming you're registered for GST).
      Hope that's helpful!
