Yeah, I did that setup but it takes so much fucking time because you can't make alchemistry machines faster
Gotto love Modular Routers, very easy, extremely useful and can get extremely quick with 9 speed 6 stack upgrades, surprising considering it only has a single buffer slot.
Not to mention very clean, no cables, no janky setups due to having to build up close to the machines..
It's very very powerful, but a bit more complicated to get into because of the sheer amount of functionality.
The UI aesthetic honestly doesn't do it any favors either.

You have literally just 1 machine, which doesn't even require power.
No cables, no connections, no placement requirements..
Just;
1 Puller,
1 pusher,
1 distributer module.
Speed and Stack upgrades to make it faster.
Filter upgrades as any and all pipes/cables have.
And the UI is very clean and minimalistic for all that it does.
@@demran Because you need to consider this from the perspective of more inexperienced players. Getting into the pipez mod is easy: place pipe, use wrench, works immediately.
Getting into the modular routers, much like laserIO, is more complicated. There's block connections, a ton of different modules, filters, upgrades, buffers, side configs, module interactions and more.
Once you have used it, the complexity fades away, unless you decide to go very complex yourself, like adding redstone.
I'm not saying it's rocket science, because it isn't. Just saying that it's _a bit_ more complicated to get into because it has so much functionality. That automatically means more configuration necessary, which by definition means more complicated than item transferring mods with less functionality.
The UI is just plain ugly and doesn't offer good tooltips for how much fields and layers it has. You can argue about aesthetics, but the interface just isn't very explanatory on its own.
@@paulelderson934 Laser io is much more complex, to a point that using them both in the same sentence is absurd. (and god forbid let's not even think of xnet)

Distribute = Distribute to more than one target
For more advanced users: Filter
How can that possibly be confusing to anyone lol
And how is such a simple and direct UI ugly? Besides that's not even the point, tastes can change from person to person, the point is, it is simplistic and direct to the point, minimalistic, that's the important part.

Modular routers work best when you use a buffer chest and you send items to the chest with one router and the second router pulls out the items either at a faster rate if possible, or at least fast enough to prevent the storage from filling up. You can always have a void module that voids items at the end of the list if the previous module didn't/couldn't do anything as another option when the chest is full.
The buffer chest can be a functional storage controller access point for full control over buffer size. It has built in filtering as well, so no need to add new items to the module filter blacklists either.
Because of the wireless nature of functional storage, it really cleans up the AE2 cabling, as well as save on channels.

Nice clean setup.
The shovel had netherite effectiveness on all blocks so it's a multi tool.
Pretty insane shovel, honestly. Combined with the repair talisman, it really turns into a paxel-hammer.
Great for mining, maybe not so useful for a Skyblock.

Powah ender gates. Basically flat flux points from the powah mod.
They're tiny and flat, so very very clean. You can see him placing them when he automated the prediction matrix export. I'm too lazy to search for the timestamp, sorry.

I got into modular router after played some years modded, tbf Minecraft as a whole. My Problem I didn't saw any cable and I try every name i know at this point from ducts to conduits. I couldn't think of how they work (and tutorials was also not a valid option, why don't ask i also don't know xD). Since them I never used them or if they are in random in the pack i never searched for them. Now I could use them, if not my "astethtik" comes, i love to see cables and my machines. Sometimes I wish not to have it especially with mekanism. I want it kinda clean with cables and for HNN/DML that they are sided didn't help either. Laser IO was different and the same Problem i wanted cable but I don't wanted nothing. It was both at the same time but noting at the same time. Pipes do all things the lasers could do, (until I knew they can handle sided machines.)

How did you get the mod pack working when every I try to play the game it crashes right when I try making a world and says game crashed: resolve by allocating additional memory for version of Minecraft what do I do?

@@tkwicks8345 depending on the launcher, you can edit the mod pack settings to allow for more ram usage. Or the launcher settings.
