I know it’s probably a long way away yet but when you start producing milk again pop some milk in fias bath with no soap. Milk baths are so good for dry skin/eczema xx

Hello. I am your new follower of this channel. Chapeau to be so young and with three children yet! May I ask you the names of the places where you stayed in Portugal? I suggest you to cover your little girl from the sun when she has the eczema. A white tshirt to put on under the sun and she can still wear it to do bath too. xoxo

Hi.. my little girl flared up with eczema recently on holiday in Greece aswell due to being in the swimming pool/sea and it dries her skin out. Many people tell you to use creams etc but in my experience the best treatment is stop bathing her completely (I know that sounds strange 😅) but it really helps to let her skin get it’s natural oils back and heal. I just used wipes to clean her bum etc but soon as you stop bathing her I really think you’ll see the eczema start to heal on its own. I used to try creams and they always made it worse. Stopping the baths and just leaving her skin alone to heal has worked everytime for us. Our bodies are amazing at healing themselves if we just let them and water just dries the skin out more. Hope she feels better soon. Best wishes xx

Hi Liv, my 1 year old has severe eczema. The only suncream that doesn’t flare him up (recommended by his dermatologist) is la roche posay it’s more expensive but so worth it. We also stopped fabric conditioner unfortunately he’s had to use steroid creams a couple months ago to get it under control and touch wood he’s 70% clear đŸ€žđŸŒ I hope her skin improves soon I know how stressful it is xxx

Hi, I had eczema for 15 years and mine was really bad. The doctor prescribed me Dermol Cream (big green tub) and it was amazing! Cleared my skin up so fast. My kids get eczema flare ups sometimes and when I use Dermol - it literally disappears! Worth a try! X

Hi, my daughter used piz burn anti allergy sun cream seems to be the only thing that doesn’t irritate her. We also use really light steroid called Eumovate which helps flare ups. Dermatologist recommended gluten free aswell which completely cleared her skin! x

Oilatum in the bath is really good for eczema and epiderm cream 2-3 days a day if you haven’t already tried it but like you say an ointment would be really good but not great for long term. I feel your pain as well as hers my daughter and partner have/had eczema it’s a process and can be very stressful for you as you don’t want your little ones in pain ❀ also baths will be a lot better than showers for her skin then cream all over after her bath. I hope this helps lovely everyone’s skin is different as you get different types of eczema so not everyone’s routine will work xxxx

If it’s the sun and sea that makes her eczema flare up maybe have a break from beach holidays and pools to give her skin some time to heal. My daughter has eczema and oat baths and cetraben always clear it up if you haven’t already tried them x

Poor Fia I really feel for her bless her soul 😱 have your tried epaderm junior? They do it in a cream and an ointment when my daughter has a flare up I use the cream in daytime and smother her in the ointment on a nighttime at bedtime it really helps you can put it in the bath too ❀ I only bath my girl twice a week which also really helps x
