Ana V. i think it is the fact that they are both bands with four boys from a foreign place (to the USA that is) and they have a fascination with comparing people to other people without acknowledging that fact that they have two different styles of music.

I get humans just have to compare and contrast. But why can't 5sos and the vamps both be good at what they do? They have different styles of music. Yes both pop, but different sub categories or said genre. I'm not even a hard fan of either but both deserve to be appreciated as artists that stand on their own, not constantly compared to the next group that comes along.

why is everybody saying that there better than 5sos! they are two completely different bands! the vamps are an indie rock and some times pop band and 5sos are pop rock and the occasional bit of punk! and why are people comparing the way they look that has nothing to do with both bands incredible talent, and if that's the only reason you listen to a band is to be 'cool' or because they're good looking, to me means your not a real fan!

This is just my opinion so don't hate...I am a fan of both 5sos and The Vamps and I believe it's completely wrong to compare the two. I think that 5sos have better voices as a whole, whereas in most of the vamps songs it's mainly Brad singing, but I believe that's because he has the best voice in the band. Like I said before, I love both bands and they are both incredibly talented and all have great voices. They play different styles of music and are not alike so don't compare the two
