Dude you saved me. You have no idea I spent $1200 on this computer which is three of my paychecks. I know it’s not much but jobs suck where I live and you saved me because I bought this computer and I couldn’t connect the Internet. what’s so fucking ever and I spent the last five hours trying to figure it out following every goddamn tutorial and I came around yours and you saved me. Thank you so much.
Makes a lot of sense since I've had this issue since changing my graphics card for a much more power hungry one and I have issues when playing video games. Thanks a lot for the tips !
I'm on Windows 11 Pro, I've already done that, and also installed the latest Intel LAN driver, and still get this issue, seems to happen if PC is on too long but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. with the latest driver I can disable and enable the connection at 1:33. But recently I discovered the window with connections did not even show up. I had to restart the PC: I'm still at a loss where the issue is, but seems to be Windows 11 somehow, or Intel LAN driver. I've had issues since I got this pc. I hope it's not the Motherboard, it's a ROG MAXIMUS XIII HERO.
For those for whom this didn't work, I found a solution in a comment on some CZcams video. And the solution was to de-energize the computer: 1) Turn off the computer. 2) Unplug the Ethernet cable. 3) Disconnect the computer from the power source. 4) Hold down the PC's power button for more than 10 seconds. 5) Plug the computer back into the power source. 6) Turn on the CPU. 7) While it's booting up, plug in the Ethernet cable. I couldn't believe that this simple "trick" would work, but it did. I hope it helps you~
