Walking is so underrated. Everyday for me too. I practice calorie restriction optimum nutrition. Quality of food is key. And life! You definitely are on a great track Obi. You live your life with great intention and integrity. Well done 👍🏻
I like his videos because he clearly shows that if you want a good nice life,you have to put the work in and be organised.
The other thing I learned was just keeping people around you who also are trying hard to have a good positive vibe and not being around toxic people is very important,there's so many toxic people that can just drain you mentally and spiritually.
So I was doing my grocery shopping over the weekend and happened to walk by the magazine isle when I eyes landed on the copy of the UK’s "Men's Health" magazine for December and guess who was on the cover????

Definitely stick with Severance. I restarted it a couple of times before I got hooked. Lots of character development in the first few episodes, then it takes off. Now I can’t wait for season 2.

Do you ever walk without headphones/music on? As someone who is also a thinker I like walking and taking in the environment without music or podcast of whatever, it grounds the best and feels great

We live close wow
I've lived near the Thames a couple of times and used to love going for walks along the riverside. And a riverside walk inside Battersea Park is like a double-hit; that, or stopping by the heli-port when they have a busy schedule. I prefer winters to summers though, a better view, because lots of the trees on the riverside are not evergreen, and it's a lot less crowded in terms of other walkers; well wrapped up, and an insulated mug of coffee and I'm good to go.
