- Our highly anticipated Honda CBR600RR Exhaust Dyno Comparison is finally here! Our first episode featuring raw exhaust sound was launched a few years ago and it received exceptional feedback from its viewers. So we decided to take it a step further to see how these exhausts stacked up against each other in the horsepower and torque department. We used the same bike, on the same dyno, on the same day, and with similar conditions to ultimately bring you the most comprehensive exhaust comparison video on CZcams for this motorcycle.
We compared the exhaust power gains from multiple brands such as Akrapovic, Toce Performance, Two Brothers Racing, Arrow, and Yoshimura.
Episode 1: • Ultimate Exhaust Sound...
Episode 2: • Epic Exhaust Sound Hon...

Finally some honesty in the product sales world.
Do slip on vs full system vs full system, air filter, tune. Make that an individual series of videos and do it for r6, gsxr600, 636, CBR. You will get a shitload of views.
Jefferson Duggan I’d watch
We would all watch.
This is a perfect idea
Perfect
Noice
Every sticker I threw on my bike is about a 5hp gain
Do you have any TST stickers?
TSTindustries i dont😉
Can’t beat that deeper growl and tone of Toce
If you don’t mind going deaf even with the air plugs.
@@gress12000 get a db killer haha, my r3 has to be full exhaust and yup I had ear plugs for the first week until the DB killer came in haha
Toce sound the best but akra look really nice
uchiha sasuke toce look the best akra sounds perfect not too loud, toce u will have to wear earplugs trust me, gets annoying very quick
Toce look mint also
Ya I don't like the look of toce they look like a eBay special to me.

That sound is the most addictive thing about riding
Have the toce on my 09 600rr. Got it from you guys with your hyperpack bundle, couldn't be happier! 😊
I was waiting for this video. Thanks guys. Ur the best.
Yoshimura Gang in this piece!😂 I have it on my '09 600rr. That akrapovic sounds nice too 👀
Love the technical videos! Keep it up!
Awesome review !
Honest and no bull.
Thanks for clearing all those expectations of more horse power from an exhaust .
Great job
Glad you liked it!
full exhausts for the next videos jeje ... good comparison !!
I like Bart. I have been adding some various new parts onto my Honda Grom and I have watched a lot of his install instructions videos. Very clear with his instructions, and always adding some tips or hints that may make the job easier or more efficient. And for what it's worth, you can tell he's a good guy. He's the type of guy I would want working on my bike lol Will def be watching more of his videos.
Well thanks. We put a lot of effort into making these videos easy to follow and always try to use the most basic tools. Glad that you find our vids helpful.
In slip on For sound : Toce .
For performance : akra, yosh, arrow.
For looks: Toce ,akra, yosh.
But one thing the Akra is overall best, that is safe, db, legal , looks good. Most of them do slip and full system , please do full system. One last thing I need to say is man that TOCE F**** awesome.
Great job guys . Do it again and again at it's best...😍😍😍😍😍😍
Thank you. We are glad you enjoy our videos.
The chosen Arrow and Two Brothers for that bike are just hideous! The Toce is, in my opinion the best sounding one and the Yoshimura the best looking!
Toce it is!
The Toce sounds nice on my iPhone. Wondering if it wouldn’t be annoying AF in real life day after day?
Shaw_Shooting bro I got a cbr1000rr I like the toce but my friend has one on his 600rr and it’s way too dam loud like people can only ride with him for about an hour I have the two brothers and love it but still think the toce sounds great But sometimes I still think I need ear plugs with two bro’s I want a toce but dam I can’t imagine how loud it would be on my 1k
Toce trash and way overpriced.
I agree that the Toce sounds best, and the Yoshi looks best. But I personally sustain that Two Bros offers the best idle ever. If you've ever heard one in real life, they have an awesome pulsing sound at idle, especially when the motor heats up.
Nice ! Some proof, dyno comparision are the way to go thank you
I love your guys' honesty.
Thank you for actually showing the torque.
Use SAME Bike in the next video with full system comparison and tune comparison. Great video guys! Great video
Danny Haddad it won’t make a difference. If they don’t change what’s going in, what goes out will make no gain. They will need to do a full video on a full system and ECU tune to make it run like it should.
Full system and full system and atune will be super intresting! Thanks for the grate video....
Fantastic comparisons, guys!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome video! Makes complete sense. Down the road I'll start doing the in depth tuning aspect but for now this information has helped me in deciding at least which slip on exhaust I wanna go with at least for sound and looks lol
Well, I am glad our video had you entertained and gave you the information you were after.
Awesome vid! My 07' CBR600 is getting some mods soon!
Fantastic sound,nice👍👍
Makes all the sense in the world. Always nice to see the Facts... The sound of the TOCE is by far the best in my opinion, not only because it’s louder than the others, very crisp and clearly responsive. Thanks Guys
Alright my man.
I Love My Toce⚡️
best quality video, thumbs up
😲Wow greate vid... Never seen before on You Tube this kind of comparative test👏👏👏👏.
So I want to ask When is coming in test 1000RR 2017-2019 stoc vs vs SP or SP2???? With same exha that you have on CBR 600
🙏Thank you💯❤️
Something I would like to see besides the modest HP gain is the weight savings or conversely, the lack thereof regarding these various add on systems. Weight loss is also equal to HP gain. Maybe you guys could produce a much longer video, or an in part video series, detailing what modification combinations gained the most with these after market exhausts and the estimated or actual associated costs. I.e., header pipe and exhaust install equals a weight and horsepower gain over factory components. The factory system equals this amount of horse power and weighs x amount vs. the aftermarket system with and improved air filter and ECU mapping change, header pipe and aftermarket exhaust results in x overall horsepower and weight savings. I do not know what the catalytic converter weighs, but it is sure to be a fair amount. A video or a series of videos like that would be a very interesting video for those of us who just do some online research and guess a bit at what would be best and thus attempt moderate modifications to achieve these goals.
Love the production quality
Thank you. We put so much time and effort into our videos but not everyone notices.
Man that toce exhaust sounds nice
Great video
sweet video guys
Great idea for a video!
Nice video. I just got a 2019 600RR. Trying to figure out what to do first to it.
Damn that Yoshimuta installation is super fucking clean!
I’ve had the TBR and the Akra as well as the Yoshi and trust me TBR has that meaner low growl sound when in neutral. The sound that comes out the TBR can’t be fully felt through microphones. You have to be there in person revving that engine to hear the diff.
Great video. 👍👍👍👍
All i have to say is THANK YOU so much for making this... and its not just because I have one and my exhaust is still stock... XD
EDIT: Since I watched it to the end and heard your request, here is the response. Bart, I'm sorry, but don't do it on the R6. Continue the content based on the CBR600RR so that these videos have awesome follow-ups. Then, once you've done everything you can think of with the 600RR. Jump to your R6 and do the same thing. While you are probably wondering how much work and effort that would take and what little return it would yield... such content is exactly what sets TST apart from everyone else and I absolutely love your products and content.
The 2007-2008 was the best year models, and Toce exhaust all day 👌
I agree totally with you!
2005 was better
@@Its_not_could_of Sorry, but the changes made to the 07-08 were badass! I love the look of my nose so much better than the 06, was definitely my favorite change on the bike. But the body work in general just looks so much more sleek, than the bulky looking side panels on the 06. That said, a CBR is still a CBR and they will always be the best sportbikes out IMO.
2006 best MOVISTAR
More Stock HP Than Any Other Yr I Believe
Appreciate that great video.
Wanna see a video on best exhaust dyno for kawasaki Z400?

Great video! Very real and honest content.
Please please please do full systems next
Love the toce sound
Thank you for this High quality videos!! greetings from germany
Glad you like them! Cheers from Florida
Great video guys and good information. I definitely appreciate the content and the knowledge you guys are sharing. Keep up the great work. I would love to see you discuss what the best performance mods are on a 600 platform...to give it that little extra punch.
oh man....that really depends on what you consider "performance." That is a huge undertaking to explain it in a way that minimizes troll intrusion with their infinite wisdom.
What full system would you suggest?
Thx for this vid 👍🏼
No problem 👍
Thanks for making such a honest review video 👍🏻
We sell only two of the brands shown here. We used to sell Arrow also but not anymore. Our main objective is to give our customers the parts they will be the happiest with. This is why we make comparison videos. If a customer determines that one of the brands we sell is right for them, hopefully they will be inclined to shop with us. If they prefer one of the other brands then there are plenty of places to get those parts, but we hope that those guys will at least give this video a thumbs up and consider us for other parts that we do sell.
I would love one of these videos for the 2015-2018 R-3
I like this idea
Or CBR300R. Single jingle baby
Love this stuff
Keep coming back. We will have more videos like this. If you hit Subscribe you will be notified when we have new stuff.
I know im a year late watching this but goddamn that toce exhaust sounded godly 👌 will it sound better if its full system toce exhaust?
Toce definitely the best sounding exhaust
Pretty nice video guys, I got bored listen lot of people say that exhaust give much more power to the bike!! I love having exhaust in my bike too but I never said that I am fast cause of my exhaust!!
Great video! How about comparing exhaust valve vs none, cat vs no cat, stock ecu vs flashed ecu with throttle restrictions removed? Do you lose low end torque? The backpressure story or is it a myth?
No, your bike has EXUP valve to control exhaust flow.
Full system comparison on R6 plz:)
I think the two brothers looks the best on the bike of the 4 followed by the Yoshi but I just think the Jardine rt1 is the one I'm in love with. also like the Leo Vince
I have the 2008 cbr 600rr with the big gun muffler a beautiful sound I love my cbr
Excellent video, next time someone tell me they put a new slip on exhaust on their bike and it feels so much better I'm gona show them this video, thanks guys, great video 😎👍🏻
Maybe they are just talking about the feeling of the soundwaves and how it "feels". I know my R1 feels amazing with its exhaust, way better than stock... But I also have a Cat delete, k&n air filter and most importantly a flashtune.
@@deathwish8339 well if their enjoying the reverberation of their exhaust they're either Gay or a Woman 😂
This bike is my dream 😍
I run a full leovince SBK titan system with kit electronics, cams, pistons etc... on my 07 RR PC40
Did you ever make that video on slip on Vs full system performance? 15:56 I’m keen to watch
TOCE exhaust ALL DAY!!!! 🔥🔥 sounds amazing. Plan on buying a full system but can’t decide yet whether I should do that or get a slip on. Feel like it would better to do a full system and tune. Not even for more power, just for the bike to run better and more consistent.
i think you guys are also forgetting to mention the weight loss when dropping the oem system. the under tail exhaust hangs the heaviest part up high and in the rear.
El Yoshimura se escucho mas chingón saludos soy de la ciudad de México ✌️🤘🇲🇽
My Dream Bike CBR600rr♥
Freakin sick
Akra in my opinion looks awesome and more to stock than the rest
Had a 2 Bros on my zx14. Damn it sounded great
Have one on my '95 CB1000. Sounds very good. About 41,000 miles on the inline-four.
Looking at all the graphs the arrow, came out best as it was the only curve that didnt touch the original curve.
Be interesting to see AFR curves to see if the bike compensates for faster flow or if it remains the same
Such a great video.. can we get same kind video for Yamaha R1 & Suzuki Hayabusa, GIXXER & BMW S1000RR
These videos don't make money. We just do them from time to time as a side project. Sure, it would be nice to have nough time and personnel to make all these project videos, but we must stay the course and take care of business most of the time.
TOCE PURE EARGASM
I had the YOSHI RS-5 and TOCE now I’m on the two brothers
Hello
the cap that goes under the tail when you have the akrapovic, where you can buy it. Thanks,
very good video with very good sounds
You must be talking about the carbon fiber undertail. That is one of our products. If you go to our website TSTINDUSTRIES.COM and navigate to our pfferings for the 600RR ypu will see it there
Such a pity you didn't include Leovince in your comparison. I'm guessing it's not sold in the States?
Bellissimo Video, dove posso trovare il sottocoda 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻?
im riding pc41 2011, did put ixil x55 exhaust on it. only thing i noticed riding was the dropped torque on lower rpm's and maybe (just bearly maybe) little gain on higher rpm's with the stock tune. also it sounds like someones strangling a cat with catalysator still on it. xD going to decat, change filter to better flow, ecu flash on dyno and other things to it.. other option i have in mind is to sell it and buy bigger bike, would maybe be cheaper option too :D ps: sorry for my bad english =)
Impressive Toce
Awesome series of videos guys. What did he do to his CBR to get HP gains like that? I’m looking to get either a TBR or Yoshi full exhaust and tune for my ‘19 600rr. Is there any concerns I should have or different mods I should consider?
If you want to maximize your gains from what you already listed then consider a good air filter also, and make sure that the tune is done on the dyno with torque optimization, tuning ingnition and fuel. You can get close to Bryan's numbers. His motor has a thinner head gasket and degreed cams on top of the bolt-on stuff so his peak figures and curve are going to be tough to reach without getting into your motor.
TSTindustries I appreciate the information. Thank you.
Where can i find the Blanking Plates, which you use in this Video for strap down
Do you have the toce baffles for sales for the Toce Tslash exhaust for 08 R1?
My honest opinion love the Two Brothers and the Yoshi 👍
i would really like to see a db video of mt-07
When will you guys get toce back in stock for the cbr 600rr?
Perfect, just in time cause I need a new exhaust on my PC40.
Awesome video!
Would love to know what I need to buy from you all to get my bike in line with Bryan's... Parts list please :)
We did a thinner head gasket on that bike. When we had the head off the bike we cut a third angle in the valve seats. We also did a cam degree to move some of the power up higher. Besides that the rest was all bolt-on and tuning. As you saw in the vid he had a full Arrow exhaust, a racing high flow filter by MWR, Woolich Racing flashing software, 520 pitch lightweight drive train, etc. The bike was tuned by our staff here. Pretty minimal SS build actually. I was basing my answer on you probably just wanting to match the engine output to Bryan's. There were many things done to that bike that improved its performance outside of power delivery. Things like suspension, mass removal, geometry/suspension setup, pit performance enhancements, etc.
@@TSTindustries thank you so so much for the great reply 🙏🔥
Great vid. I have an 07 with yoshi/cat delete/BMC race filter/graves block off plates/PCV with auto tune. Sadly I dont have extra cash for a dyno tune at the moment. Bike feels better but am dying to get a tune and see what the bike can really do. And yeah I know it's only a 600 but it's what I got lol...
Nothing wrong with that man. 600's are awesome. We ride and race anything we can get our hands on...from 125's to 1000's. They are all fun and require a different skill set. Collecting all those skill sets makes you a better overall rider. The autotune will do a lot of good for you on its own if you know how to set it up. If you do take it to the dyno make sure you can give the tuner access to your ignition timing if you want the most out of that setup.
@@TSTindustries thanks for the advice...
Love the Toce sound and look! What tail tidyer you guys got on? 🤔
TST Industries programmable sequential tail light, TST Industries license plate bracket, TST Industries carbon fiber undertail. All parts on this bike can be found here: tstindustries.com/honda-cbr-600rr-2007-2012/
TOCE⚡️
I am not sure performance is the main reason ,we ,street riders,do a slip on conversion. It is obvious that not much changes in terms of power/torque.The bikes look ,however, does change greatly .I,for example,am a greate toce fan. With the fender eliminator kit, cbrs look awesome.Having said that, once u put the slip on one can not help but go further.i.e air filter, ecu tune...and that is where u get resolts.Great video !
Thanks.
Toce & Yoshimura.
I have the same model scorpion is IMO the best sound/performance.
Like toce sounds incredible
In keeping the conditions fair, I'd choose a reputable header and then replicate this test to see if/which noise maker cans increase hp slightly.
Would love to see a video on that cbr build; awesome hp/tq curve ! Another idea would be vids on 600 ss builds comparison (full bolt-ons and tune) talking about character of each one for the track enthusiast/entry racer in deciding on which bike they want in entering racing!
All good ideas my friend. Time here is a bit tight because our main business is designing and manufacturing parts, but we do carve out some time to have fun with these video projects. So we will definitely get more videos like this one made, it will just be a matter of how soon.
Next video should be same thing with power commander and appropriate map. Next video after that should be full system with power commander.
Cheers, let's go for the Arrow 😁
I love the sound and want a toce exhaust for my 600 but I also think I might sell my 600 cuz it was a "surprise project bike" and I've spent more time working on it than riding it. Hopefully nothing else pops up after I clean/rebuild my master cylinder and calipers/pistons or else I'm just going to tap out. I've already had to rebuild the forks and do lots of general maintenance. This is what I get for being a clown and not spending more time inspecting the bike before buying it off craigslist.
If I keep my 600 or get a new 600, even though the toce slip on makes less gains than the others, it just sounds too nice. Thanks for the comparison and wish me luck.
I wish you luck brother. I know rebuilding calipers sucks, especially if they aren't monoblock. It's inevitable that brake fluid gets on something you don't want it on. These bikes are notorious for crappy front brake feel...especially 07-08 before they got monoblocks. Anyway, I hope this is your last hurtle and you can finally enjoy the bike.
Arrow are race soec beast would love to see dul sytem dame test to see real rusults please please do full systems nexts i know it abit of work but would be the best video on the tube ever
I thought two brothers went out of business. I went with Arrow on my 11 1000rr. Yoshi is kind of old for me, Akro is on everyone's bike. I'm pleased with Arrow.
Yoshi is old?
Wow beautiful 👌👌
you forgot Bodis exhaust they're littt
