I've found such comfort in watching your videos! You remind me of my grandma, she was my best friend. I was lucky enough to have her for 41 yrs!! She was very involved in church and she shared her love of the Lord with any and everyone!! Maybe I've made similar comments on your previous videos, but I miss her so much and Meme, you remind me a lot of her. Having fun and cracking up!! We always talked on the phone (and it was never a short conversation). We would laugh and giggle and reminisce about shenanigans from years past. I recently went to a church dinner. I took your macaroni salad and your squash and zucchini casserole. I kept getting compliment after compliment. I gave you all the credit and told people how to find you on CZcams. I first started watching you because my grandchildren call me Mimi. My 42 year old son attended Anderson University when it was Anderson College. He passed away on July 5, 2022. Will you remember me in your prayers? I am still suffering from his death.

That’s so beautiful that you gave that young couple a church wedding. I remember some ladies and I did this for a young couple in our church, they were so happy and grateful. I’m a painter and a florist, so did some bespoke watercolor paintings of thistle flowers for them, it was something that was meaningful to them. They didn’t expect or ask for these paintings, but they were very touched when they saw them, I was so grateful to be able to use my skills to help them. I always like to help people on notable occasions of their lives, just for the pure love of serving others. I don’t know, is that shining for Jesus? For what He’s done for me I could never repay Him.

I love potato salad and my mom used to make it with miracle whip which is sweet mayo and disgusting to me. So I use hot dog relish for the sweetness now. I also love macaroni salad too. Great video Me Me

MeMe, your daffodils are beautiful. Mine are growing, and I notice some folks have buds on theirs. Knoxville usually has full bloom by the end of February, so we will have beauty soon. We have 2 highways where companies and individuals have planted masses along the roadside. It is a drive that I look forward to every year. Your macaroni salad brought to mind my precious Aunt who we lost a few months back. Her macaroni salad was legend in our family.

Thank you, Miss Meme, for this lovely recipe and such a delightful video. The recipe is very close to the macaroni salad my late Mother always made, the only difference being the addition of her favorite diced sweet pickles. This brought back so many sweet memories of my late parents, thank you for reminding me to honor my Momma by making this salad more often! Hugs!

My family loves it when I use canned tuna or imitation crab in my pasta salad oh and I typically make mine almost the exact same as you miss meme,infact yours ,looks absolutely scrumptious so thank you so much,and now I think this will certainly be on our menue this week for sure❤❤❤
