I had the same experience, tanked the first strafe and was duelling the Lazar for like 3mkns before I swapped to mgs and shot him out at VERY close range.

Based on your video editing skills, as well as the Astro Soup inspired theme, I think the Pyro deserves its own half hour appreciation video as well! I could watch these all day and we all know how beautiful the Pyro is.

Can I just say, and I mean this with no disrespect, but this video feels very much reminiscent of the late Astro Soup's style of video format? The music choice, the humor, the editing, it's all there. I have missed this style of GTA videos since he left CZcams, so I just wanted to let you know how happy it makes me to see some semblance of him live on (whether you were inspired by him or not is totally cool). I think the best thing about the toreador is that it doesn’t show up on the minimap as a special vehicle, so you can be driving around without being hunted for having a specific icon on the minimap, like the insurgents have a special icon, or the buffalo stx.
The thing that i really love about the toreador is that moment of satisfaction right after you hit the ground when you hear the explosion and see the kill tally
I remember the first time I ever used water with this thing and it’s kinda underrated underwater despite the rare chance that you get in that position but when ur in water missiles go slower which makes it easy for you to evade and you can also just dolphin dive out and really quickly switch to missiles and kill that mk2
Running people over can only get you so far with c4 at their feet so I have gotten really good at driving at full speed parallel to them, tap the e-brake to turn slightly lining up a missile and blasting, boosting off without even slowing down. Takes a lot of practice but nailing the timing is so satisfying!
Fun fact: i have refused to buy a mk2 for years but finally i caved in because upside down flying looked so fun, and it's convenient as hell for transportation. However, i still have not put missiles on it, i have explosive MG.
I got this thing about 6 months after it cane out, Its been my main vehicle ever since. Everything about it is a more laid back pvp vehicle If you don't like pvp, but like staying alive in a public lobby. This is your car. If used well you can dominate basically every vehicle in the game It has pre-nerf mkII missiles, one of the geaviest armours in the game and the ability to dive underwater. Can boost off of pretty much anything to fight in the air, land or inbetween and is strangely fast and easy to control. Its perfect

As I watch the original video I realize what you mean when you say the missile cars are like classes. They're almost like TF:C/TF2. The Oppressor Mark 1/II is the Scout. A fast and fragile moving target The Fully Loaded Ruiner/Ruiner 2000 is the Spy as it takes skill to use it. The Vigilante is like the Commando as there are multiple ways to play the class. The Scramjet is a mixture of the scout and the soldier as both are fragile and two can sorta fly. The Toreador is the Heavy because duh

yeah, there's a lot I wish I'd covered. I'm still trying to balance keeping the flow, and keeping it informative. Hopefully some people will comment their own advice.
The toreador has become my main vehicle to go with when I catch some freeroam lobby lazers or even so sort of mosquito infestation in the lobby, one of the best cars to combat nuisances in servers.
