Firstly Thanks very much for your instructional video.
I am a 66 y.o. man and I started to learn, autodidact, completely by myself, watching videos and trying to enter inside the bagpipes.
    I agree absolutely with you.
At present I can control my diaphragm breathing and I am able to play for several minutes without problems.
I have to say I started with David Chesney easy strength, I passed to medium….and recently I tried with Shepherd Easy and I feel confortable and the pitch is fine.
    Well, thanks so much again.

I have found that this skill has been the most difficult to understand, much less master. I image the reason is everything else i.e. air tightness of the bag, reed calibration etc. are simple mechanics. Steady blowing seems to be VERY subjective, depending your body type and understanding of what is being demonstrated. Your video is helpful, but I guess what I’m looking for is something a bit more definitive. Although, I’m not sure if that’s even a reasonable expectation. Thank You.
