We heard the hype about the place from other vloggers and promised ourselves to visit when we were in Vegas a few weeks ago from our home in Scotland. Omg. The standard of food and service was sublime. It was honestly THE best Chinese based foods we have ever experienced in our 60+ years on this planet. We are returning later in the year and this place will be getting a visit (or two, or three, or). Magnificent
Glad to see you downtown. We just returned yesterday. We stayed at the Golden Nugget for four nights compliments of the GN casino. We love the different dining options that downtown gives us. Barry’s, Oscars , Andiamo and Triple George when we want something a little more on the nice side. When we want a more casual dinner then it’s Le Thai, 8 East and Nacho Daddy. Yes, downtown is a little more “salty” than the strip. Well part of the strip. 😉 But we like it. Easy to jump from casino to casino. Enjoying this series.
Great video. It has been awhile since I was in Vegas, but I have had the famous short rib fried rice from Le Thai, and it was the best fried rice I have ever eaten. It would take a lot to top that dish, but the brisket fried rice sounds like it could be on the same level? I may decide to go back to Vegas this December as the Vikings are playing the raiders and I will have to try this restaurant.

I saw this video and IMMIEDIATLY ordered Chinese food. LOLLL Toronto Canada has great Asian cuisine, but something tells me THIS place is about and beyond...it's the FIRST place I'll go to when I arrive!!! Thank you!!!
Was looking forward to your vid on 8 East. glad you enjoyed it. Short rib dumplings and pork belly bao were excellent when I tried 8 East back in 2021, but the absolute star of the meal was the cumin lamb lollipops. Was hoping you guys would order it but maybe lamb ain't your thing.

I just got back from Las Vegas and was dying to eat there. The friend I was with said she didn’t want to because she didn’t like the chairs…😮so looks like I’ll try it on my next solo trip!
