Just a suggestion: when you talk about how things were in old version, try to show a clip or a photo of that particular version. For example tail lamp, DRLs etc. This way, we can know what's the difference between old and new one

Yes , Tata should have kept the legacy of SAFARI. They didn't do that and ultimately had to discontinue the main SUV rival of Scorpio. Now 2022 Safari is not like DICOR/STORME. Mahindra did great. Still i like old Safari. And of Scorpio N , it is not so appealing as Scorpio Classic.
Mahindra most probably has understated Power and Torque figures for Scorpio Classic by a small margin..., smart move.

But I needed an Automatic Transmission to keep up with the times
XUV3OO and Scorpio Classic (both diesel variants) almost have same engine output on paper so have you felt any difference in both vehicles in their actual power output on road?

Great move by Mahindra they didn't discontinue their old Scorpio rather they brought it again. Whereas Tata discontinued the old mighty safari and brought the Tata Harrier and after a certain time they brought harrier xl in the name of safari. Companies should understand the emotions of a customer what Mahindra feels.

But Mahindra won't offer it as it would eat into the sales of ScorpioN. Primary market of Scorpio classic is tier 2 cities I think. Lot of people might not want to get an automatic as their thinking is "service will be expensive and the car won't have pick up on highways" 🤣

Sir 15km/l highway mileage to hmari mahindra xylo 2008 model de deti hai, Uska Engine 2.5L hai aur 5th gear hai only. Eski mileage expected 17 to 19 km/L highway if speed maintain 90km/h, bcz of 6th gear.
