Maybe they could do a spin-off called DEAD HOLLYOAKS, filled with dead characters from the past. It'd have to be more interesting than what Hollyoaks has become over the past couple of years.

As horrible as Patrick was to Maxine, Dodger, Sienna and literally everyone in the village, he is such an iconic character. We all loved to hate him when he was alive. Can't wait to see more of him as Dilly hallucinates and becomes more deranged.

The thing I find a bit odd about all this is everyone, including Sienna, is treating Dilly like she's some kind of monster as if Sienna hasn't done loads of unhinged things in the past. If anyone should be able to understand how messed up Dilly is, it should be Sienna. I just wish someone would remind Sienna of the kind of person she used to be because of Patrick.

I think dilly should have been siennas daughter and that she didn’t realise she had twins
Ok yes, generally speaking, Partick was a bad guy, abused Maxine and even tried to frame her for his murder. But did the writers forget that right before Nico murdered him, he realized that Maxine actually loved him and wanted to turn over a leaf??? Portraying him now as evil again, especially in Dilly's mind - who believes he is a loving man - is just weird.

Oh my OA Dilly’s really messed up in her head she needs to get help in a rehab facility or something. Maybe if Sienna “Shaw 😏” could see what she’s going through then maybe she’ll have a change of heart and get her help and hopefully her hallucinations will stop. I also wonder if Liberty starts to hallucinate again then maybe instead of seeing her Half-Niece Nico she might end up seeing either her dead Half-Brother William or her dead Father Dirk. Im glad Maxine was there to tell Dilly what kind of real Person he was to her that was almost like that psychopath Summer not believing Felix about what her Father did him of being a racist or of when Juliet didn’t believe Darren when he told her that her Father Mac tried to kill his Father Jack and blew up the school but I hope sooner or later she will get better. I also hope Sienna will forgive Ethan and get back together with him I really miss those two and I also even wish they’d give Maxine a better storyline as well for once even when Dilly was with Minnie I said “Get away from that Child Dilly.” she needs help. 😔
She doesn't need rehab, she needs a doctor, her head injury needs fixing pronto.

Off topic, but how is Liberty ok with not seeing Faith after leaving her in another country for so long? Same with Theresa coming back and leaving Kathleen Angel in another country. Myra Pocahontas too, she has abandoned her abroad for years.
Do the writers regret giving these characters children, so they just fade them out?
