I have a mates husky 562 auto tune he was told by the shop was blown up. He bought a new saw and bought this to me, told me if i get it running i can have it on the farm, Bit of start ya bastard and it starts up as it should, the revs are low and i cant keep it to idle without my finger on the throttle. Im in Victoria Australia, very cold climate. Maybe the auto tune is playing up, i have heard of some ao chip being common to go out of warranty. I want to convert this back to normal conventional tuneable carb, is there and wiring i need to link back on itself or what is the method behind converting this auto tune saw back to a convertional carb?
Hey looking for some help on a 576 xp autotune bought the saw in pieces have it all put together just wondering where all the wires plug into and which wires plugs into where does any body have a pic of there’s that I could go off of ?
Hey Tinman, I know this is an older vid. I have a 576XP Autotune and sent it to a friend for repairs to the mounts for the generator. In the process the flywheel has been lost. Will the flywheel for a 576XP non Autotune saw work?
Hi tinman I have a 570 autotune saw can I use 575 non auto parts to convert back to non auto tune? If so what I do I need to remove autotune from my 570 Thanks!
Tinman, I have a 570 autotune . Customer states it created a issue with max rpm a while back. Has had it to two different husky shops. They put a new autotune carb (OEM) and still only revs 11800 max and that's holding it wide for a long period of time . Have you had these issues with the 576?
Hi, I have a 576 xp autotune and last week i clean the air filter and also clean the air intake (was very dirty, oily wood dust) and i use compressed air to blow some dirt away. When i restarted the saw it won't run full throttle anymore, up to 3/4 of the throttle lever it run ok, but whenb i try to run it with more than 3/4 of the throttle lever, it just die (looks like it become very lean). I had a similar issur 2 years ago, i went to the repair shop and he replace the whole carb and electronic autotune module from a damaged saw for 75$ and it solved the problem. Is there any component (pressure sensor or others) which can be damaged by using compressed air to clean the intake. Do you have any idea on how to solve this issue? Thank you Sylvain.

Yer that’s the first thing I checked but that’s all ok I asked because of the at thought maybe the module was causing it to be weird I’ll stay at it hopefully I’ll find the fault 👍🏻

Is this the same for a 572-HD saw??? Having a running issues, at full throttle it bogging, it stalls at idle.
No its only for the 575xp. 572 is only available in auto tune trim wjere as the 576 came both auto tune and non auto tune.

How ya tin ever had a auto tune refuse to turn off ?
Never had that one happen on an AT but on other huskys..usually the kill switch ground is no good
