That 1st place is big enough to bring the wife, the mistress, a couple of buddies AND make use of the local 'Rent-A-Friend' service.
Will be sharing this video with some friends as a strong contender for a trip. I presume if we asked nicely Jerry could arrange for provisioning ( food, water, liquor, bbq fuel, additional's) to be pre-stocked ahead of arrival. Paid for of course. Jerry if you're reading feel free to chime in. Oh also a weekly/ twice weekly house maid might be handy to keep the place up to standard

After having a house in Pattaya for 12 years my advice is don't buy a house under a company name unless its a genuine one, or you risk losing it as many have done
Are you sure that rental place wasn't used as a Gentleman's Club or something in a previous life Daz? There was certainly enough space and bedrooms and the setup looks quite similar - perhaps an opportunity for an enterprising individual 🙂

Very nice and secluded but the last thing I would do is invite my friends around for a party they would wreck the place and I would be lumbered with the bill and the explanation. Family yes .

Wow cheap I would rent for myself as a treat. I've paid 29k at discount from 90k for hotel room before also stayed in one at 14k a day but we get for 1.5k a day had private pool though.

Not sure if I want to rely on other people. It would depend on their reliability and their personalities. Perhaps a month or two for a bucket list with the right people. It's so funny to see pictures of New York and us Americans wanting to get the hell away from it.
Is there a demand for housemates renting these types of places or higher end 3-5 bedroom apartments?

Question about that 2nd Villa and how condominium ownerships can work... that 2nd Villa appeared to be part of a developed community and in some countries such as the US those can be turned into condominiums by having the condo-corp own the land, and then the "Villas" are each a condo unit. In Thailand it seems as long as the condo-corp is at least 51% Thai then foreigners can own up to 49% of the condos in that "Villa" community. Does such a thing exist in Thailand so that a foreigner can buy Villa in his own name instead of the other common options?
