    This patient Diet Chart what he follows
    The basic Pricipals is
    Every day we need
    I quarter of a plate - rice or any carbohydrate generating food
    1 quater- meat or fish items / egg
    1 quater- vegetable
    1 quarter - fruit
    1 serve - diary items like milk, yoghurt like ,
    This is called ‘good plate food’
    That means you need 50 percent vegetable and fruits in your diet
    Anything ‘raw’ is the best
    Diet
    I do like this
    No added sugar in diet
    * No junk fatty and oily food*
    * I don’t smoke or drink never done in my life*
    Morning - 2 glass of plain water followed by 1 cup green tea
    Breakfast - Oats or any steamed food
    At 11 am - Gooseberry ( Nellikka) juice plain
    Lunch - more vegetables, less rice, low fat yogurt, lentils, mashroom, broccoli, fish - sardine, mackerels ( Chala, Ayila), chicken, chickpeas,soyabean, carrot, beetroot, leafy vegetables, sprouted beans etc etc
    Afternoon -
    Green tea
    Nuts - almond , wall nut, pumpkin seeds, pecan nuts etc 3-4 numbers
    Two egg white - steamed
    Night- 1-2 chappathi with salad 🥗 ( carrot, cucumber, spinach, berries, pomegranate, green Apple, tomato,onion, pears,avocado, etc in olive oil base)
    3 glass of water begure sleep

    So practice this as much as you can as I do !
    Principles
    *10 commandments
    1- Follow *good plate food theory
    2- No junks and jaggery
    3- No added sugar in the diet - food by nature is rich in carbohydrates
    4- No beef or red meat - only once in a while
    5- practice chicken meat and low profile fishes
    6- No seafood 🦞
    7- No ghee , butter or lipid loaded foods
    8- of course no smoking 🚭 or drinks
    9- Keep stress free
    10- conquer the world with love at heart and smile on face

    Food plate 🍱 means the eating plate is divided into 4 parts or quarters :
