Can u pls tell me why ppl in London don’t build balconies in their homes , although seeing the structure of house each room can have its own balcony.
Also inspite of all this area available it’s not efficiently utilised & they have such small bathrooms and tiny kitchens.

Because of the weather they build energy efficient homes in these cold countries otherwise you have to pay huge electric and gas bills , yes but the kitchen and bathroom spaces can be increased even in cities ,again price of the land goes up there per square feet many cannot afford so it depends on builders how cleverly they design .. thank you 😊

Why you have shown different floor plan of house with garage but when you enter the house its completely different??
Yes , the floor plan was a common one for the buildings there , and we took it from online, few houses have garage and few don’t have , we should have overwritten there but after you mentioned, I have updated in the description , thank you .
