Thanks for the video and details. I live in France, and I was interested in a Casio Oceanus watch. So I directly asked french customs what would be ALL the extra fees and taxes I'd have to pay. Well, they answered me with a detailed example. To avoid you all the math, let's say that for a watch bought at a price of 400 euros in Japan, it would cost me approximatively 700 euros to get it. I don't know what would be the costs in others countries but the extra fees and taxes make you think twice before placing on order from Japan. Thanks

There are a few watches on Yahoo Japan Auctions that are fake, but the vast majority are authentic.
