I've been thinking this! For as loud as the machinery is, a lot of others don't mix the audio to level the loudness of the machinery to the softness of the voices. Beautifully balanced in both the vlog/info aspect of it and the ASMR aspect. It's not to loud or harsh on the ears, whether using phone or computer speakers or headphones . Thanks Myles for great leveling.

Love the professionalism when it comes to the job and speaking with people. Keeps the camera on the floor so no one is on camera, and knowing when to record and not record to provide enough entertainment for the Clean Team but also to keep the job rolling.

Those were some pretty dirty jobs...1st and 2nd that is..I would be embarrassed to the moon and back letting someone coming to work in my home see pet droppings. The rugs looked great after though. The third house had a pretty Christmas tree. Speaking of Christmas, I hope you all had a very merry and peaceful one:-)

Your logic is alllllllllll full of holes. If you can't clean up after/care for your pet you shouldn't have one. Also, they can clearly afford to have their carpet cleaned (which is NOT cheap), they can afford to have someone come clean their place.

I see a lot of comments ripping on a person for living like this. You have to imagine a situation beyond your own lifestyle. My family and I once checked on an elderly neighbor who was struggling with her health. This was the exact situation we walked into - she had gotten too weak to stay on top of her dialy chores and was afraid of being sent to a home. We made some calls and her family had professional cleaning services sent over - just like this one - and hired a home health aide to help her out.
Don't be so judgy. You don't know the whole story - you may still be right - but you don't know the whole story.

I had helped dad paint the inside of a house and the second floor had clothes all over the floor and dog poop everywhere
That usually doesn't happen unless someone is disabled - either physically, or from severe mental illness. They probably aren't able to clean up after their pet. I've personally seen this happen with depression. Hiring a carpet cleaning service may be an early step in them getting the help they clearly need

The Zipper looks like a nice heavy duty piece of equipment and does an excellent job.
It's just a hot water extraction wand, the machine out in their vehicle is the one doing all the work. They have all different kinds of wands of different shapes/sizes for different jobs. That was just a larger one to cover more surface area, quicker.

How in the world did they not pick up all that poop?! Especially before you got there! Those spots in the closet... I can't imagine leaving a poopy mess like that behind. Dogs have accidents inside sometimes, it happens, but to not clean it properly or more baffles my mind. Even if it's just pouring water on the spot and placing a towel over to step on and soak it up, better than nothing. I'm glad they reached out for help to get it clean, though!

What’s the difference between the Zipper and Wand? What determines which you use? I haven’t seen you use the Zipper in a home setting, so I’m just wondering. You should do a video on your tools and how you select each one for a job.
The zipper cleans in both directions (forward & backwards). It's ideal for large, open areas. The wand is lighter & easier to maneuver.

I would have picked up the dog poo before they arrived. I know they're cleaning the carpet but that shouldn't include picking up after a dog. Also, I wouldn't want anyone to know I didn't pick poo up off my carpet.
