About 10 years ago when I was first dipping my toes into trying foundation to cover my bad acne scars, I had found one that I had loved that I used for over a year. You know how I found it? My sister is married to what you could describe as an extreme "Alpha Male" (big muscular hot shot lawyer), and she told me about the one he uses when he presents in court, and I loved it! She told me that he would KILL her if he ever knew she told me, but hey, bottom line is, don't judge men for wearing make up ladies and gentlemen...fix your way of thinking first!! I dont talk about any glam look, or eyeshadow with colors. , but if it could be more normalised some time in the future that men also can cover up acnescaring og dark circles under their eyes. If the stuff that makes them insecure, or thing they don't like could have a solution trough some makeup , why shouldnt they also be able to use councilor or foundation without we should feel thats so strange.. 100 years ago girls where considered not ladylike if they used blush or a lipstick. It was looked at as tacky.. That's crazy to think of today, right?! So I hope men also can get it more normalized in the future to use products that helps them feel good and hansome . So so few ordenary hetro men dares to color their hair, if it gets grey, or do a hairtransplant if they are loosing their hair .. I thought so too but in the intro, I didn't even notice it. Only after seeing what was done. The face isn't one color. As a guy who wears makeup too, I've noticed that it can look unnatural really quickly if the forehead is too even/ light. I'm also always very careful with the undereye brightening thing. Same reason

I got the flawless foundation shade 1N, somehow I find the foundation very hard to blend in. (I have lots of prestige brand brushes, and I have beauty blender too). With or without primer, the foundation just accentuate texture skin and pores. I tend to get very light cool or neutral shade foundation because I have very pale body shade (but red darker face undertone which I'm trying to balance/conceal) Sadly the flawless foundation 1N just doesn't work. (And with mask life, its virtually impossible to try anything in Sephora store).
Definitely will be buying this for me tho 😃😅

You can achieve this bandage effect by using application(s) of black and white mascara pencils or black mascara and a lighter makeup before covering his face with applications of the Flawless Foundation color you've selected.

It’s more natural that your face and your neck match instead that they doesn’t, even if you use your exact color. In the end the final look it’s very natural! (Sorry for my English, I’m Italian)

I'm a makeup artist, and one of those guys who used to always wear loads of makeup. It began because I had acne as a teenager and I just keep wearing it because I THOUGHT it still looked good. I've learned, now that I don't have as much that I really don't even need it. And even look better without it. Men's skin is more coarse and textured and doesn't absorb foundation properly and will always look chalky and cakey. Less is more!
