Even with the introduction of stands Ultimate Kars is to this day one of the strongest character in the entire franchise

I'd personally put the hamon users below the vampires and the pillar men (in general)
Even tho Joseph beats every Pillar man/vampire in a 1v1 (not counting kars ULF) he wins because hamon gives him a type advantage and some hax rather than making him actually stronger.
If you put the hamon users against a 3rd party that isn't weak to hamon they would do worse then the piller men against the same opponent, so on a tier list i would put the piller men above while clarifying that they would still lose against some hamon users even tho they are stronger
I believe this since the pillar men have better feats in strength, for example Wammu destroying the big pillar in the colosseum.
The pillar men also have better overall hax and also more hax, for example regen and better durability/survivability, their own individual hax they have being light, wind and fire and also the insane control of their own body.
That's my reasoning, i still agree with the list completely as a who beats who list but even then if we were to put more characters in the list that aren't weak to hamon than the hamon users would have to drop down.
At least i think so, but im not disagreeing with the actual reasoning for character placement, i think you nailed that.

Yes that is definitely true, though Jojo’s ability to read his enemies makes him very dangerous and he still has the speed to keep up with the pillar men. So I would say it just depends on the opponent.

thing to make power/strength tier lists on(my personal favorites)
mcu phase 4 updated tier list(i left soo much power scaling and statments in the comments ofr your first mcu list just use that)
dceu tier list (because it's getting rebooted soon lets make the tier list know)
ninjago tier list (season 16 is ''officaly'' the last season so no better time to do this then know)
power rangers tier list (every power rangers incarnation up toi dino fury )
power rangers megazord tier list (sequel to the first one but with zords and megazords instead of power rangers and monsters)
tmnt tier list (both 2003 and 2012 crossover with the 1987 turtles so you can use that for scaling maybe include rise but they haven't scaled to the other timelines)
litterly any other era of godzilla films make 50 for all i care i need this
the vampire diaries/the originals/legacies tier list(alot of people have trouble scaling this series but i think you can do this)
teen wolf tier list(perfablie after the movie comes out in january 2023 but i got to get into the absolute inconssisant power scaling in this show seasons 1-2-3a had pergfectly understandable power scaling season 3b is when we get into it the realy bad stuff like scott beating the alpha twins no diff then in the very next episode he gets his ass kicked by an omega werewolf who then gets beaten by the twins who scott easily defeated in the previous episode in season 5 the dread doctors kicked scotts ass then he fights against douglas in season 6 who is a hybrid with the serum that made the dread doctors so powerful in his veins and absorbed the powers of the wild hunt effectvly becoming a tribrid and scott is able to fight on pair with him? keep in made there is no effdence statments anything to sugest that scott got a power boost he got his ass kicked by both the dread doctors and the ghost riders and douglas had the power of both ontop of being and alpha hybrid scott should have been destroyed in that fight by logic douglas should be up there with the beast in power but this show has such horribly inconssistant power scaling.hopefully the movie fixes this
percy jackson/heroes of olympus/trials of apollo tier list it's a book series but i love it and no one has proberly made a good list of power

@@weeaboo-warrior the only thing I disagree with on this list is carder being below eisidisi I feel it’s fair to say he was the weakest out of the three and caeser almost beat wammu but lost because wammu got lucky due to an opening

Why did Ultimate Kars lose against Joseph?
1. Plot Armor
2. Although he has an insanely high IQ he is still arrogant and cocky.
If we wasn't like this, he could be able to defeat much more powerful foes.
Remember that he has atleast all powers of all living beings on earth (Stands not included, altough he could obtain one).
He could create independent copies of himself with the exact same powers.
He could also eradicate or take over entire planets since he could turn his cells into dangerous fungus spores.
If he doesn't have access to alien DNA (since it could be that he only has access to the DNA of all living beings on earth), there is a chance that he mighta be able to absorb and integrade their DNA into his body (some bacteria and one sea slug are apparently able to steal and integrade DNA into theirs)

I definitely think straightzo is underrated because of his stinger eyes and he and correct me if I’m wrong is the only vampire besides ultimate kars that could use hamon
Yeah, though using it kills him, so his knowledge on countering it is what makes him harder to beat.
The next tier is gonna be a large one with dios underlings which I definitely think Anubis and Seth are underrated
