My summer car have truly started some sort of trend in gaming. Lots of people really love the technical part of vehicles and working on them. They went one step further than just a simple car mechanic simulator.

Erm, it's taking a lot from My Summer Car but just because you are the first to come up with a concept does not give you the rights to that concept unless you take specific steps with lawyers.
It’s like Nissan suing amistech for using the concept of their car. It’s like Nintendo suing amistech because the game is open world which is their concept (although I’m pretty sure they didn’t come up with the open world idea just using that as an example.) Suing someone for being inspired by your game and making a similar game but putting their own spin on it is a scummy greedy move.
