I loved that they still use the part of Chris Corley on Qlimax, as if he is the foundation of where Qlimax Stands now
I missed his voice so much, the new one did the perfect job, but it's just not right.

Ye great that they decided to keep Chris voice as a part of opening ceremony, it's the goosebumps moment every time!

the crowd overshadowed the soundsystem many times during the night. got the chills many times.
Can’t wait for the d-Block & s-te-fan as well as headies set. I think those were the loudest. The craziest energy was during d-Sturb, radical redemption and d-Block set in my opinion. That night was just mental. Only acts that let me down a bit were sound rush and miss k8
But the Hey-Hos are fun😂 at least for me it😂 it brings back memory's of those old party's in those tents in our little village😂 but I guess with time it will get annoying for me too😂
@@br0k3nminds98 for me hey-hos are the symbol of crowd having fun and wanting to express it but not knowing song well enough to sing it, I prefer when crowd involvs by singing and that's what mostly happened at Qlimax fortunately, crowd engaged so many times and we were so loud that nobody felt need to hey-ho - that's how I see it

I actually really liked the entire set, which is rare for me so early on in the evening. Keltek is one of those producers i would skip to get food. But this was great. And i loved the vibe for this song. Goosebump shit..
Been to Qlimax 6 times, it's always amazing, but this night was something special..something I haven't experienced before. From beginning to the end everything was perfect, lights, sound and the artists. It felt like the mix of artists made the night fucking perfect. Could also be the music, it was a perfect mix between styles and the music progression during the night was spot on. And the atmosfear in the crowd was beyond anything I've experienced before.
I hope the next edition will be as good as this one.

In 2016 I went to Qlimax, that year was also incredible. Went after at the next year in 2017, and I was very disappointed.
Same for defqon, q dance events are awesome a year by two..
But this year!!! Man we had a magnificent qlimax, so grateful and honored to had been part of it 🙏

Took me a while to get used to it, but I actually really like this new voice. Has a more unique character than the old one. Still sad to see such a legendary voice go tho.

It's 2019, we can be very happy that Q-Dance uploads every set of Qlimax in an superb quality since at least three years, but still everyone in the crowd pulls out his smartphone to film in a bad quality instead of enjoying the show.

Personal memories. I'd watch it back on CZcams if I went, obviously, but I'd take a couple videos and pictures to remember the evening.
Looks like you have never been on qlimax. There are a lot of new tracks and if you won't record it on the phone, it would be very hard to find it afterwards.
In my opinion it isn’t bad if you film 7,8 videos because its a kind of remember. But its also annoying when there are people which only have their phone in their hand instead of raving
The best place to film is on the short tribune opposite of the stage because the show is the best from there. Filming on the dancefloor sucks though.

Als je als label uit een enorme dal komt, en vervolgens met een keltek, Devin wild en het aantrekken van dj Isaac zo enorme grote groei weer maakt, en ook nog eens D-block & s te fan als grote toppers kunt behouden, ben je met recht het aller beste hardstyle label in de hardstyle wereld! En Dov aka The Prophet is een onmisbare legend!
While I feel that hardstyle has indeed mostly been salvaged from what it was growing (or crashing) into from 2013 - 2016, I really think the live shows are going the wrong way. The constant pauses and severe lack of mixing creates a confusing and uninteresting atmosphere. Back in 2010 tracks were mixed into each other, and intros and outros were a thing. Sets were a long interesting presentation of what each DJ felt a set should sound like, and depending on his/her skill, the mixing made for some incredible transitions and surprises. This needs to come back.

Ava Gasm! Not exactly a set but the 2013 defqon 1 endshow was a great example of creating an atmosphere through the set, mixing, and even stage design.
