What I love about this is that, despite the lack of obvious horror, there’s still something sinister about this training tape. The lack of overtime given, the insistence of reporting someone not following rules, the mention of hazardous materials definitely not being used in product creation, and the change in delivery when he mentions not entering restricted areas. Even the mention of an on sight physician is weird because of the fact that they specifically mention to visit them if you’re experiencing hallucinations or schizophrenia. There’s an underlying feeling of unease throughout the whole thing
Agreed, it's always like if you just scratch the surface a little, the ominous implications are pretty obvious. It's obvious he's a good actor pretending to be a bad one while perfectly playing the role of a dude who doesn't really believe what he's saying and/or is terrified...
The change of tone during the “stay out of restricted areas” is probably because Rohan Stoll, the one who died to Boxy Boo in the arg, died that way. He entered restricted places to set loose the toys only to be met by Boxy and, well we know what happened next

So, in this they have revealed a few things:
1. There's an enemy who is going to respond to sound (when they tell people not to make unneccessary noise),
2. The whole factory is filled with a gas which causes hallucinations and symptoms of schizophrenia in their employees who are over-exposed to it (hense the gas masks we've seen), and...
3. Playtime Co was VERY harsh with any employee who disobeyed, to the point where they kept people in-line and silent through threats and encourage snitching on each other. It's safe to say employees who shared company secrets or entered restricted areas without authorization were experimented on or simply killed.
This video came out in november last year. It was a teaser for project playtime. Has nothing to do with chapter 3 being teased

I actually think this looks really we done and I also appreciate it that they didn’t bring in any scary moment pre lore but instead just left it as your typical training tape. Huggy bringing up an gun is an very simple, yet effective way of Playtime to tell it's workers that if they slip something secret to someone outside of the company, is going to be "silenced" or terminated as he said.
This looks like legitimately every safety training video that I've ever watched in orientation for a new job, and that makes me happy. It adds a bit of realness to it which makes it that much more creepy. I'm also glad that they didn't add the jump-scares to this video it's perfect just as is😊
