I did the ACES seats very similar. It does take a little getting used to getting in and out but very comfortable. I ran my harnesses around the seats not through the holes.
I have those same seats, they are simply amazing. Spent a week at Windrock with them and they are a difference maker.

I really wanted to see you get in the seat on the video? I think the raised ends of the bottom/ sides of the seat make getting in and out difficult?
When I can I’ll have to film it. It is higher but the way I naturally get in it’s not bad. The real test will be climbing out quickly to film on trips. I did climb in carefully a couple times to check it out. I still need to clearance the factory seat mount before I aggressively get in and out😂😂😂, I don’t wanna rip it before it’s on a trail.

I bought PRP seats for my Talon and did not like them one bit, you sit way to high, they a super narrow at least the ones for a talon, the side bolster squash your legs together and hurt your nuts. I'm a big guy and they made me want to sing the "fat guy in a little coat song" in high pitch Eric voice . I went back to stock seats and still have the PRPs collecting dust.
After actually getting to put some miles on the seat I agree this isn’t the right seat for larger Americans. Lou being a large American he is going to try the extra wide XCR.
Not me knowing that you probaly made Steph Saran Wrap all the parts because u opened them all so you can have the satisfaction of opening them on camera

Seats look good man - there my list to get later down the road - don’t why the F they don’t make a slider for the passenger seat - my wife is short like a hobbit n every time we ride I hear it - I m guessing buy another driver seat base , put it in the passenger side .

it really sucks having to go full bolt in. at 6'2" those quick release brackets on aftermarket seats are a no go. you sit to tall and waaay to far forward.

@@SomewhatHaggard I'd be really curious to see if you figure out a good way to keep the belts quick release of you run the belts through the upper seat openings.
That sucks, Honda Talon seat don't hold water.
Or burn a belt.
