It's sett passive ability, the less life you have the more you heal fast

the most infuriating thing about laning vs sett is his low hp regen. it's completely busted and being nearly dead is never a reason to reset on him.
Completely busted? No. Good? Yes.
@@sir.tempest5718 you're right, champions with executions simply don't care about it. but those without executes? it's massive and more often the deciding factor between who gets the clean reset.
