Yamaha TT500 starting to look as it should

  • The broken chain guard I modified to work with a case saver is pretty cool fills in that empty space and serves an actual purpose and I think the polished case covers look good on it...still cleaning up to do and polishing yet to be done but for almost 40 it doesn't look to bad

      LoggerJohn01 most definitely a cool bike....even in a sea of dirtbikes you couldn't loose this one....that polished tank sticks out like a sore thumb...and everyone assumes that since it's anciently old it's going to be slow....and slow these things are definitely not...yeah these left the factory with only 27 horse power but they had a shit ton of torque on there side...and a good mild cam really wakes them up and adds about 10 or 15 horse to it....mine does have a mega cycles cam....but the grind lift duration ,lobe separation ect ect is unknown to me...when I ran the casting numbers I got no results found....which is to bad because I have another cam just like it that's fairly new to well that shows no wear anyways I'd guess it's 30 or 40 years old

      hillbillypyro inwv that shit took a hell of a lot of polishing....that bike came a long ways quick from what i bought lol

      Not saying anything bad about it just candie clear coat on pollished part lookes killer that and it sheds dirt and oil under my hood looks a a jewel case man

    Im rebuilding my 300 king quad runs killer just looks like junk sanding down the plastic to paint now .
