Delightful! I spend a lot of time out in the woods. I was just taking pictures of lupin the other day. Also I put my hands on a tree and send my love and thanks to all of nature. Not long ago I went camping with a friend. The forest people (Sasquatch) came and gave a several minute greeting with their amazing vocals. Then we saw orbs floating through the forest. This kind of occurrence is common for me. I live a magical and metaphysical life. You are a lovely green witch, dear. ❤
You should try addressing the dryad in your favourite tree with bare feet. You ground yourself into the earth like the "tall people" when you talk. The tree and.its spirits will see you as kith and kin and if your mind us really quiet you can hear them talk to each other
We have an apothecary garden here at cottage in Wales. There is something so cosy and ancient about picking wild plants from our garden or from the countryside, and turning them into food or medicine. thank you for such a lovely video
Lupine are abundant here 8n Northern Minnesota (USA) they are actually considered an evasive plant, not native to here.
Oh interesting!
Here in Sweden they are also considered invasive.
They can be here in Central New York too, but they don't like our alkaline heavy clay so they're a little tricky in my garden.

You can press using any low acid paper. Place your herbs betwixt 2 sheets and use books to provide even, flat, weight. Check them after a week to make sure they are drying not rotting. If ok, leave them as long as it takes them to mummify.

Hello again Luna 🙂. The content this evening was just lovely, and the music so soothing. The quiet woodland scene made me cry, so magical. I'm hoping to be back in the woods soon, but not yet feeling it 🤔. I've never seen Lupins in the wild before. Do you know that you can paint with flowers? If in abundance you can squish them to express the colours/dye and use as a background on small drawing projects, outs the flower spirit onto the page 🌾⚘🌺. I love the thin calligraphy on the cover of your book and pastel blue, pink and yellow flowers in your landscape and book. They remind me of the French Country interior style I am designing for the winter season. Your sanctuary in the woods also looks like a peaceful spot.

Never hear of the plant lupin, what can it be used for (besides looking pretty), and is it safe around cats or not?
I think some people eat the seeds though I won’t be doing that. I think they are toxic to cats but it’s worth double checking.

It depends, there are different kinds of lupin. There are edible lupin beans which are great for human consumption (check your healthfood store) but there are also toxic kinds. Have a Google :)
