"Nahhh playa" lmao... i had to sub after that.
I downstream using a large portable machine using a JRod. I tell customers that I use a soft wash method and that it is very low pressure.
"Hes leaking out" amen I was a CO at a state prison and now I'm a stay at home dad and a Self employed man, I hear you brother!!!!
By the way, based on yours and other channel input, I cleaned the siding and gutters on my house. Absolutely amazing. Used a 2 gallon pump sprayer and a pressure washer to rinse. Amazing and easy. Thanks for sharing your expertise.
What mix did you use? What pressure for rinsing?
“Naw, playya… heez leekinnowwwt!” EPIC
Love all your content thank you for keeping it real.
Fishin trip! Love the channel Kyle, landed my first big job yesterday💪🏼

Great video as always, I learn a lot from this one for sure I am just getting started with my business I have a roof wash schedule, so the timing was perfect I feel a bit insecure because this is my first roof cleaning, but I got to make that money. Thanks again.
Thank you sir! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
You just answered a freakin question that I’ve been asking around and Nobody else had the knowledge or the Balls to speak on! Cleared that real quick in this video! And not saying I knew it- But that’s something I had been thinking that made sense the whole time I’ve been trying to learn this industry. It just makes sense and You cleared it once and for all. Thank you Sir. God bless.
This has been one of the best videos, not to say the best, how well explained it is, the diction (I'm a Spanish speaker, it's hard for me to understand when you speak fast but I could understand everything) you were able to show and explain everything in great detail, thank you very much for this video
Just getting into soft washing in Hampstead NC. Thanks for your videos!
Allen here from AMR Exterior Cleaning. Completely agree with yourself. I use an m5 ex-jet and turn my pressure right down to apply my chemical. Really good weather here atm in Northern Ireland. Enjoy ur channel thanks for the entertainment 👏👏👌👍
Thanks Kyle
Got my first truck mounted unit so that was real helpful
Pete from Auckland NZ

Here in Keystone Heights, Florida I have a super suds sucker injector. I have the Southeast Softwash check valve injector. And I also have the smart stream remote downstream box. Also run a m5 twist with a tall reach tip shooter tip. No 12 vote yet. Great video.
Watching All The Way From California! Im Originally From Roanoke, Va. Just Wanted To Say I Watch And Respect All You Do For Us Noobies!
I like the fact that you focus on teaching, not selling. I am in the Charlotte Metro area and I down stream to soft wash my client's home exteriors and fences. Thanks for the M5 adjustable nozzle tip; that'll be my next purchase.
From Pinehurst NC! Wanting and in the process of getting into the business and trying to learn all I can from guys like you! I appreciate what you do! Would love to have a mentor but I'm sure you're a busy man! Keep up the good work brother!
I'm from South Carolina its in the 90s daily!! I agree completely, I use the x-jet and I tell customer we always softwash unless pressure is needed. Heck yeah Fishing trip sounds great!
I’m new to the industry and this is valuable information
Been pressure washing as part of my business, but will starting to set wash tile roofs. Thanks for the tips on down streaming....cant wait to start it up! Ft. Myers FL
I’m in Au, starting my washing business and Kyles given my flashbacks of my time in the corps. The man got 1stSgt vibes
Thank you for explaining soft washing Kyle. I want to get into the business, and sometimes the terminology can get confusing until you get it. Great job looking at the comments, and just answering what the people want to know. Wish you the best
Love the channel mate. I’m from Australia and just starting my own business, so every bit of information I can get is priceless. Keep up the great work.
Great to hear!
Good info, makes sense to have a gas softwash setup for more Chem and distance 👍 Texas in the house!
Just getting into it I love your channel learning a lot from South Bend Indiana
I like my dedicated softwash pump for roofs and for quickly dumping chem on flats and using my downstream injector for quick and easy house sides since my area is 95% easy vinyl siding.
Thanks for all of the great information! Fishing in Richmond Va.!
I am looking forward to your courses jumping on this week.
I recently got an AR45 and have been using that to wash houses because it really speeds things up for me as opposed to downstreaming with my 5.5GPM machine. I agree that both are softwashing when you use the right tips! Cheers boss!
So if you have a gas soft wash pump that’s 8-11 GPM with a blend manifold you can dial in from 1.5-6% you technically don’t need a downstream injection system on your PW? Thanks in advance
💯 facts! I use a remote system with a check valve injector and 40s size j Rod tips. I never have to go back to the truck/trailer 🤙
Houston Tx , been binge watching your videos past week. Looking to get out of this 6/12 working for someone else to enjoy life. Great content, filling a note pad with as much knowledge as I can to understand what I’m need to do to get started. I’ve previously done pressure washing but nothing on a professional level. Kyle I appreciate your knowledge and the care you take in educating people of all walks into the business. I’ve always had a passion for this side of cleaning and believe my work ethic and drive will propel me along a path much as your own! Thanks again! Pro subscription coming as soon as I can make it happen!
Pull the trigger. Your family will appreciate you. In the beginning it’ll be tough, but swords are shaped in the fire! You got thjs
Thanks for the support! Good luck to you!

This was a great video! I feel the exact same way. It depends on the project on what method I may use to softwash a house! Always down streaming on Hardie planks. By the way I have learned a lot from watching your videos since July 2022.
Hey…. I’m new to this channel and the content was very informative. I’ve watched countless videos on PW trying to find the right way to do things. I would definitely be interested in the course. Thanks again for the content in this video. Shout out to the Water and Black coffee ✊🏽
Well done and thank you for sharing.

Great Video 🔥
Love the video brother, just starting my business in Houston! I'm also from your sister state SC BABY!
Great video as always - Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
I do all of my soft washing with an M5 down stream. I solely use an 8gpm unit for all of my house soft washing and surface cleaning.
Thank you for clarifying I was in between deciding to buy a software system just getting in the business and not doing roofs yet. I use a downstream injector with a j-rod. Atlanta GA - Favor go before you, prosper along the way!
Im from Richlands nc right next to Jacksonville nc and ty for all of your videos👍👍
i love learning from this fella.
thanks for the support bro!
Pfafftown, NC..5 minutes north of Winston-Salem!
Love the content Kyle!
I am called the RainBeast out of Creedmoor, NC, 20 minutes from both the Durham and Raleigh area. I use a 12 volt system for softwashing. I do downstream and use a J-rod when I have to soft wash a older model house or upon request. For a roof cleaning I still use the J-rod, however, I want to purchased the M5 twist one day when I have an extra $85 to spend on it, lol.
Sure as hell can and I do on the regular! Nice video, for Orlando, Fl.
Murphy NC and Los Angeles CA, thanks for the great info!

Lol. Went hard for a second with that screwdriver. Great explanation.
Glad you liked it!
Gonna be starting soon. The structure s in my area are either bare or painted concrete or metal buildings.
04:25 what an analogy!😬🤣
Certainly brought my attention back 😌
Houston Texas nice looking out brother
Fishing trip would be awesome!
What’s up Kyle, Sneads Ferry NC here and it’s all soft washing now unless your cleaning nasty concrete or brick in my opinion. 💦👍🏻🇺🇸
Hi mate, like watching your videos here in Australia
Here in middle Tennessee, this ole boy softwashes with a downstream injector and an xjetm5 when a hotter mix is in order. Common sense gets the job done and done right, regardless of your methodology. Customers can't be happier with the work, and that's what keeps them calling back.
Love the analogy.😂
Inwood WV love the content
Fishing trip 🤘
Kyle with the 🔥 content as usual!!! Love the hat 👀. PS come pick up your hotbox!!! Haha
thanks bro!! ill be down soon!
Rmkhousewashing Hagerstown md, I downstream all siding, I also have the battery operated soft wash system but I'm soon going to upgrade to a gas powered system.
Love your content! I am thinking of starting a business in the Netherlands. Can you tell something about safety in context with SH? When were a mask when not and is there any eco friendly stuff possible? I am making my list to start my business
Poppin’ in from Swansboro. I need to link up with you guys about some on-site training with the Pro setup.
My hometown. Havnt been there in ages, living in Florida. Thats nuts.
Why do you have to use the soft Wash pump to get the hotter mix to do roof washes? I’m new in the game and love your content. I’m doing some washes. I’m downstreamin, xjet’n with the og xjet. Making batches. Got a big job coming up this week. Two story on steep elevations. Vinyl and a metal roof. My biggest job so far.
Masters Wash Systems LLC doing it in East TN
Do quality work and get that money guys and gals!!
God bless and be safe
Isnt the most you can get out of an xjet a 3% mix? Are you using pump sprayers if needed? I want to wash roofs but dont have a softwash system so its a genuine questiom, TIA
Watching from Texas
Thanks for watching
Louisiana, I am just starting out so I have to use downstream injector to soft wash!! I have a 4400 DeWalt 4gpm!! I'm really looking at getting you to mentor me or take your course!! I watch all your videos!! I had to start at where I could afford to start at!! I know I can grow to have a good rig and make a lot of money!!

From Morganton NC, western side of state. It’s hot not as muggy as the coast but hott
HI Mate i am from Australia 👍
Greta video, I may just do a 1:1 just to pick your brain about PW my brick here in Chicago mid 50-60's this week and what machine I should invest into for my house and business possibly.
Fishing Trip!
Hey Kyle, If I'm down streaming with the ex jet for a house wash, I have my downstream hose going to a 5 gallon bucket with straight chem. What percentage chem is it pulling through? I know the ex jet comes with tips for ratio's, but I've seen a few guys saying that the most you can pull through down streaming is 1.5%. So if i need to throw 2% on the house, I would probably need a softwash system? I'm getting a little confused with this. Thank you man.
I use m5 twist to soft wash stucco.
405 true. Im looking a x jet with hs on 4k 4gpm with adjustable tip. Just had this conv with a person with 36yr exp.
Tulsa Oklahoma here
We 12 v and DS is always preferred choice. 99% of the time when DS I have three tip option of the m5, KD shooter and xjet on the same Jrod or as I call 3 banger. Of course gotta have Jud West FlowPro.
Greensboro NC here my man.
Do you often run into any commercial cleaning where recovery system is required?
Fishin trip. I always down stream almost everything with j rod and drop stick unless it's stucco then 12 volt
I don’t do enough to spend that money so what I do is to use a detail foamer and drop the off to rinse Works okay does what I want for a retirement 55+ Nice video
Hey Brotherman, What program/software do you use to run your business? I need more than an excel spreadsheet. I appreciate you man and you sharing your videos. 😎
Equipment Set Up Question:
On my trailer I have a 225 Gallon Buffer Tank, 55 Gallon SH Tank & 16 Gallon Surfactant tank.
When downstreaming how do you get a surfactant into your downstream mix?
I'm setting up my plumbing now on my trailer and my plan was to use a 3 way valve and have the 1/4 inch hose leading from the downstream injector to the 3 way valve and from the 3 way valvle have it lead to the SH tank and water tank. That way when I'm done downstreaming I can close the SH and run water through the injector and washing it out.
I then started thinking how do I introduce the surfactant to the downsteam mix?
Should you have I separate tank for downstreaming that has a surfactant mixed into the SH, or should I always have a surfactant mixed into my main 55 gallon SH tank?
Most of the trailers I see have the 3 tanks only, so just confused on how to get surfactant into downstream mix.
Thanks for any help
