PCQ: I think Takefusa Kubo should get a new Development Plan, he might not be scoring goals but he is still a great player who constantly manages to create crucial and good attacks/assists. My suggestion is that you make him either a "Inverted Wide Midfielder" that would help his goal scoring problems or make him a "Wide Playmaker" that would benefit the team as that would develop his passing and dribbling abilities in order to become a better team player. I'm sure that will help him to become a great right midfielder.

Even if you decide to sub him in, he won't really do much, considering how he isn't growing much. You could sell him too, for a bit of cash, but I think you should loan him out, just to be prepared for any future injuries.
PCQ: I think you should sign Gundogan or Jorginho for a replacement for Isco for 1-2 seasons and while they are here you can look for more options for when they retire. Also love the videos!!

Try to use the 4231 formation in that way you can play take and Paulinho on the wings, Ney at cam, Scarlett or Tyler at st and you have kovacic and lopes in the midfield.
