My question for you: you keep your car neat and tidey minimal "stuff". Where do you keep your keepsake belongings stored?
I have a lot of things that had belonged to my parents favorite books photos etc. Not necessarily stuff I want to pack up in the car to take with me, but don't want to get rid of the stuff either.

I have/had a Mountain Hardware -41 sleeping bag that is amazing. However, my wife discovered how warm and comfortable is is and you know the rest. It belongs to her now. lol.

I think you ok with diesel down to minus 15c I’m in uk and had -5c last winter and started fine
I had a 2020 diesel Sprinter was that started beautifully in Minnesota winters.

I use a 0 degree sleeping bag and a wool blanket to sleep when it's really cold and I have a Selk bag to hang out in when it's really cold. The Selk bag is ridiculously expensive, even with the Black Friday discount but it's WONDERFUL for hanging out in the car before bed. I leave my windows cracked to reduce moisture and without the Selk bag and wool blanket, I would be freaking miserable.
Anyway, great video, great editing, great attitude, see you in the next one.

Bren...have you considred a gas heater?... the apparatus would be mounted outside of the car interior...and only use .5 pint per hour...from what I've read... VW...Corvair and others used these back in the day... and are quite efficient... would help a lot minimize the cost of very expensive fuel...etc... think about it...

You know it's bad out when the toilet water in your house has white caps. In your car, it's the dancing lights and 15 ft swells lol Where I live, it's very common to have 35-40 sustained winds with up to 75mph gusts. They put up high wind warnings on the interstate for truckers, but they still push it. Plenty of them all along I-80 taking naps on their sides in the winter.
I add some peanut butter or almond butter and nuts along with the banana to boost the protein content.

Is there anyway you can insulate the windows with maybe foam coverings to block out the cold and buy pocket warmers and sleep with them , my grandfather taught us too fill 2 liter water bottles with hot water too keep us warm
I’m all good, I’ve found a way to keep warm plus winter is on its way out now. Spring is upon us!
