I go vintage. A bottle of beer with a shot of vodka. Have to drink less beer and get more drunk. Try it. Dont even know the vodka is there until it hits ya

Brazilian Cocktail!
Name: Cynar Tail
My version of brazilian classic "Rabo de Galo", wich means "Rooster's tail".
- 20ml cachaça
- 50ml Cynar classic
- 25ml lime
- 20ml simple syrup
- eggwhite
Put everything into shaker. Dry shake it with a spring. Add some ice. Shake it again.
Double strain into a double old fashioned glass with one huge ice cube. Zest of a grapefruit. Garnish it with the grapefruit peel.

London, eh? Speaking as a NYer living abroad, my cocktail experiences here in Europe have been uneven at best, so it's nice to see a cocktail channel not based in the US.
Some of my experiences, ordering a simple gin martini, in Europe:
- I received a tall glass of Martini vermouth in London
- In Berlin, the bartender did a decent job building it, but then to make it 'dirty', she dumped olive oil (!) in there
- Mostly, never, ever chilled
Now I just make my own cocktails.
Beer before liquor never sicker, liquor before beer you're in the clear..... And now we have this

Hi, I have a suggestion for the next video theme, make a Cachaça Cocktails!
You make a grape caipirinha, in the rum video, but where in Brasil we have nice classics, and exist others international cocktails with your spirit like:
Rabo de Galo ( aged cachaça + cynar + bitter + lime twist)
Bombeirinho ( white cachaça, grenadine, orange and lemon )
Macunaíma (cachaça , lime , sugar syrup and fernet)!
Caipirinha (ever with lime and Build in the glass!) rs
Cane flower
Brazil 66
Caldo de caña from blacktail
Hoegaarden is not a Weizenbeer its a witbeer, different style, but similiar. Witbeer always brings coriander to the party

Amazing! never thought about beer cocktails in a good way (michelada bullshit and stuff) but you may have start a new trend here... i tried at home two of your cocktails with beers you used that i had in hand (Hoegarden and Goose IPA), and they were two superb drinks!!! Not crazy about regular beers... and never tried beer cocktails. That said the De Beauvoir is one I'd try because I love stouts and I actually have a favorite in mind that would be good in that so might have to try it soon! The rest of them sound alright until ya add the beer in, haha.
I wonder on the Pale Charlie if the IPA might over power the drink as they are generally more hoppy and bitter... Wondering if you tried it with a true pale ale as well as the IPA and which you thought was better?

I'm actually pleasantly surprised by beer cocktails
I have tried shakey petes ginger brew. Similar in taste to ginger beer. My problem with it is that ginger juice is a real pain to make. I have also tried the De beauvoir, very dangerous. I could not source barrel aged bitters in my area, so I substituted it for angostura. Brings out the fruitiness of the lime into the drink. I have also tried substituting it for a dash of peated scotch it brought out the stout more into the drink. I used guiness in making the drink instead of a “smoked porter” not sure what was originally used here. I have seriously made a mess for others by drinking 6 or so De beauvoirs at home last night.
