The apartment is beautiful, but this is very misleading. Subletting is usually illegal. Only if the tenants allow you to do so then it is permitted.
And you said 800$ for a year if you lease?
I find this hard to believe. Can you please correct me if I’m wrong.

your 358 which starts with 3 on third floor so not sure I understand your comment on the apartment being a 5....also that bed is a double. Queen is a bit bigger....
