Is it worth spending an extra €150 to switch between 24 and 40 watts?
Or whether an intermediate level of around 30 watts would be enough for everything.

Grazie per il tuo video molto ben documentato. Faccio parte di un club di modellismo che sta pianificando l'acquisto di un laser cutter. Ho visto nel tuo video che potresti tagliare l'acciaio inossidabile da 0,01 mm. Sai se questa macchina può tagliare l'ottone? e quanto spesso.

How many hours do you get grom a laser like this? What is the service life?
it depends on you. if you use the laser at 100% of its power, after a few months you end up with a 10W laser
I always suggest using at lower powers, for example 85/90% In that case the life span increases a lot
There are already so many laser engraving machines that you don't really know what to choose ..

Hai ragione, sono macchine molto costose, purtroppo quelle mi mandano. Comunque adesso trovi a prezzi abbordabili modelli che prima costavano 1200€ ma a prezzi sotto le 500 quindi secondo me basta solo aspettare. Prenditi una Enjoywood da 10W, si trova a poco prezzo.
I get confused....it can cut steel but not that plate on the bottom🤔😊
The main heat source is near the top of the beam. The longer the beam the weaker it gets on the bottom..so therefore it will only heat up the plate on the bottom and not cut it.

I was disappointed with the price drop. I bought it in January as early birds for 1700.00 as the price should be higher. As now price actually drop making early birds looks like idiots.

160w è la potenza della macchina, è anche scritto. il modulo laser è da 33-36W
