Since the 60's bro upright slapp bass is a rockabilly technique.
Sterlingarchersuave 666 okay and I am telling him I like what he did what does 60s rockabilly have to do with anything yeah he did some rockabiliy style stuff but he also used some very traditionally upright technique which I guess you could say is rockabiliy because they used it as well but he added slap kinda mixing it up making it different from a rockibiliy technique completely is what I was complementing basically just loved his mash up of so many traditional and modern styles

@@michaelh5314 Yes, but not quite. Everyone seems to tune the two highest strings a half step too low, so not quite an octave. Also, they seem to be based off of a 7-string bass without the low B string more than a typically set up 6-string.
